I was browsing around the smoke shop āSmoke Widowā on Canyon and 115th Ave in Puyallup today. I was in the market for a new vape because my other one had broken at another vape shop I had purchased it from. As I was browsing I overheard a conversation the owner was having with a gentleman that had recently boughten a product from this location. At first I was appalled at the manner the owner was talking to this gentleman in. He sounded frustrated and exasperated. I listened closely at what was being said and it was apparent the client was very unhappy with his purchase as he had just boughten the product a couple days prior and it seemed to have broken. The owner was trying to fix the product but he did not succeed in doing so. He proceeded to get frustrated with the customer and angry with him. The customer politely asked for a refund on the product as he had his receipt and had only boughten it a couple days prior. The owner was adamant about not giving the man a refund. To compromise, the customer asked to exchange on the faulty product, the owner proceeded to say no he couldnāt do that either. The customer was calm and mature up until that point I could tell he was getting frustrated. The owner proceeded to become verbally aggressive with the customer and was pushing him out of the store so the incoming customers did not hear what was being said.
