This establishment is great and with guys like Vincent on their team you know your going to get A++ service. When I walked through the door I did not have to wait and was politely greeted right away by Vincent We got right to work ordering over $1000 worth of tools and supplies. As another a associate got right to work putting together my order, Vincent found a solution for another thing I wished to buy but they didn't have and was able to get it for me right then and there. To top all this amazing service, Vincent was able to get over $100 of my final price by putting in some extra effort and I did not even have to ask! Way to go guys! I will definitely be passing up other platt suppliers to receive top quality service that this team brings. Thanks...

If I could leave a 1/4 star I would. Only thing good about this location was the heater works, cause the employees there sure don’t. Walk in to this location, two other people in there. Four of us total with the other two people and my co worker and I. The other two were there for maybe 5 minutes so we were the only customers in the store. Took over 45 minutes for our order. On top of the customer service is TERRIBLE! Been doing this a long time and wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go here. Apparently you have to be a local to earn respect around here....
