This is, beyond any shadow of a doubt, the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. The first time I went there, the wait was super long. And it's not like the line was long or anything, they were just taking forever to help each customer. Then they got my order wrong (included lettuce and tomato on my burger when I ordered it without), so I had to go back and have them fix it. But they were nice about it and the food was good, so I didn't mind that much.
The second time I came back, I again experienced an inexplicably long wait time. They then told me to pull forward and they would bring me my order when it was ready. There wasn't much room to do that, since their drive-thru exits directly onto the street and there were already two other cars waiting for their orders, but I did the best I could. Then when they finally brought me my order, they got it wrong. And not just a little wrong: completely unbelievably wrong. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with cheese curds. They have me two chicken legs and a biscuit. I assume that it must have been somebody else's order. It was raining, so the guy just handed it to me and turned to sprint back into the building. As soon as I took it, I knew it was wrong, so I called out to him to try to let him know. But he just ignored me and pretended he couldn't hear me. So I put my car in park (blocking everybody behind me in the drive-thru) and walked through the rain up to the door. The dining room is closed due to COVID, so the door was locked. I knocked repeatedly, standing out in the rain with the chicken that I didn't order, but nobody came. Finally I just gave up and left, because I was going to be late to a meeting that I was on my way to. Also the chicken was cold, but maybe it was warm before I stood out in the rain with it, I don't know.
Anyway, under no circumstances will I ever give these people my business again and...
Read moreI have been going to this location for several years and love the food. It saddens me that for the past couple of years, they have been inconsistent with their policies on ordering meals that can mix KFC and A&W. When I first started going, I could mix the two in a meal. My KFC chicken can going with the chili cheese fries and a rootbeer float for the drink. Now, it depends on whi is there or whatever they feel like doing that I can either mix like always or have to order everything separately. It’s pretty expensive for a meal for one person that is almost $20. I answered yes to a receipt and didn’t receive one either when I last went on Memorial Day so I don’t know how it was rung up on the cash register. What advantage is given to consumers for having two restaurants in one when you cannot even mix the two? This doesn’t make any sense especially when the rules keep changing when I go there.
So my suggestion for those affected by Covid and now with limited funds, you may want to going somewhere that is cheaper where you can get more...
Read moreMy husband ordered a basket of chicken, a famous bowl and 2 burgers for our kiddos. Got home and his basket was NOT what he ordered. Also, they forgot his sides. Joshua was nice enough to tell my husband that they were “closing early due to short staffing”, and that the order was rung up different (even though the person who took the order confirmed what we wanted). We are okay with all of that, but they were in such a hurry to get out early that they couldn’t even apologize or even offer to maybe even give us the sides we ordered with the chicken. Hell, we would have been happy if he showed us a bit of empathy, rather than looking at my husband like it was his fault.
Shout out to Joshua for showing how customer service should NOT be handled. Maybe it’s time to train your staff properly 🤷🏻‍♀️
Looking forward to their standard “we will address the problem with our team, thank you” which shows a lack of caring and indicates that maybe there needs to be a change in ownership because of the consistent issues that have gone unchanged and...
