If I could give this location a 0 star I would. With my general work week consisting of over 60 hours I visit this location regularly for the convenience of how close it is to my home However these last 5 out of 6 times I have gone through the drive-thru my order was incorrect. I am Vegan and my order is simple. I place my order and ask that all cheese/jalapeno spead and sour cream be removed from my order ( I don't order anything with meat or poultry to begin with ). Somehow how my order has consistently had if not all, a combination of the dairy. Tonight I got home and my order had all 3 things I ask to be removed. I went back and asked for a refund. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to be done with her 10 minute break. Unless I just wanted to wait and have my food made again. It's the principle of the situation that was so bothersome. While I was sitting and waiting for the manager there was a man sitting at a table chatting up the workers. He was going on about how he is trying to detox his body and how "it sucks". Another worker came to the front and then offered the man the order of mine they had made incorrectly. All while I am still waiting for the manager to be done with break and still hasn't spoken to me about me about a correction with my order. It's the principle that was bothersome.It took no longer than 2 minutes for my refund. The workers appeared to be more into the "work place gossip" than taking care of the customer. Read moreOrdered the new deluxe box. Ordered steak chalupas they are so small. Nowhere on the menu does it say that they are mini. Came in the same package. I initally thought yhey forgot one. This location requires you to have to drive down the road and make up turns in order to go back to the resturaunt. I did that. The employee was extremely rude when I told her I only got one. I told her that they should tell their clients that its packaged that way so not to waste people's time. I pull out just to then discover that they gave me the wrong protein. It was not worth me doing the u turns again to talk to the same rude employee.
These are tiny ! And barely any filling or cheese in it. NOT worth the money at all This location usually is fine but the main issue is had was the attitude of the employee. A simple explanation of how they are packaged would of been enough. No need for the nasty attitude its not my fault the advertisement is not clear. And not my fault you packaged it the way you did.

Read moreTaking into account that every place on earth is short staffed right now.. that also doesn't give employees free license to be completely rude to customers. I swung through drive thru tonight and waited patiently in the line that was several cars long. I listened to the person taking the order being rude to the customer in the car ahead of me. When the customer asked for chicken, she snapped at her. I pulled up to the speaker next and she asked for my order. Very simple: 3 regular soft tacos. Nachos Bel Grande no tomatoes or Sour Cream.
After each thing i said, i was greeted with "what did you say" And then when she asked if i needed anything else and i said "that's it" she again asked what i said. I loudly repeated myself, at this point thinking that the sound system was not working for her. The response i got at that point was appalling. She said to me "I'm multitasking because I'm the only one working drive through, if you could have some patience" I'm sorry, at no point was i being impatient. I simply thought she couldn't hear me and raised my voice to compensate.
