I had ordered a set of couch from this store and initially they promised me it would come within 20 days, which never came. The salesman, Mohammad was dealing with me he was nice in the beginning but he started acting very weird and rude when I was following up with him every time. He was giving me different excuses. It is totally understandable that it’s taking longer than before with the furniture’s delivery. So, I was very patiently waiting for 1and half months already. Still I didn’t get any information about my order then I called to store and there came another guy Mike who came to talk to me. He convinced me to give him some time and again being nice, I exactly waited 60 days. Still didn’t hear anything so I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. But they didn’t do that. I had to call to my bank and ask for help. Later again they offered me to choose something that they said it could be sent to me immediately. I trusted them and I ordered another one. They said they would give the tracking information as soon as they could but everyday this guy Mike is said to be in leave or other stupid excuses. It’s been 80 days straight I haven’t received anything or any information about shipment on top of that these two guys have been rude to me mostly Mohammad. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them. Read moreVery dissatisfied with my bed purchase. Delivery driver was late on delivery day so I was not there when they put my bed up. They left all the trash from my bed in my bedroom. They left the boxes the bed came in outside in my flower bed in front of my glass window. When I called to complain it took two weeks for them to come pick the boxes up. Bed was cheap and broke. When I called to get it fixed girl was really nice she said Mike will call me about it and he never called. I had to go in the store to finally get some help. Mike scheduled them to come out they never came on the day they were supposed to come, then they were going to come fix it the next day they didn’t come so Mike came himself and half fixed things. He was supposed to come back the next day he told me he had to drop something off at UPS and never showed or called. I ended up talking to another guy who over talked me and was rude but he did send some men to come fix the bed however they did not have the metal brackets that Mike said they would use because the wood ones from were cheap and didn’t hold. Bed broke again so I ordered metal brackets from Amazon and hopefully this fixes the problem. It’s too much of a hassle contacting them so I’ll just purchase a new bed elsewhere before I call them again. Mike is a liar and fast talker. Items in this store are beautiful but cheap. I’ve been lied to repeatedly about furniture coming the next day & no calls to even apologize or to acknowledge the inconvenience. Instead I speak to Moe who blames it on me talking to Mike, and then Mike who tells me to speak with him directly. It’s the lack of professionalism, communication, and responsibility that makes me want to warn every interested buyer to beware. I originally came to them in February of 2025 and started paying layaway, and was told my couch was being ordered that day. In June when I completed my payments, I was told the couch was not in stock and they would have to wait a couple weeks to receive another one. It’s August going on September. It’s annoying when I call I barely get an answer but when they do pick up, it’s them pointing the finger at who did wrong and more empty promises to deliver a couch that’s never coming! I just want my money back. This is a complete nightmare and a headache! I wouldnt recommend this place unless the furniture is already in stock, but because my friends & family have seen me complain about this for months they’ve already spread the word and formed their own opinion about this...
