Parma Pit Stop — Restaurant in Parma

Observed the "owner" disrespect a table of paying people in the most inappropriate manner ever. I guess a pizza was ordered and not taken to the table for at least 25 mins. Someone from the table had to ask if it was their pizza; that's a long time. Bartender disputes this and says something to this guy across the bar, turns out to be the "owner". He comes stumbling over and reaches across two people grabs the pizza and throws it on the bar! 🤨...The lady asked what are you doing...I ordered this half an hour ago. I watched the bartender, tell you and you said take it off the bill.."owner" walked away. Lady goes to the bar and gets the pizza and sits.down. "Owner" yells across the bar, "it don't work that way". Walked back over and I kid you not snatches the box of cold pizza and threw it into the kitchen; spilling drinks and everything..won't be back and suggest you don't waste a second being in the place. In the handful of times there have been multiple shady situations and two fights with 10-15 people involved. Thought it would settle down but if the owner is snatching food from a customer it's only going to get worse. Shame on the parma armpit. Simply could have apologized, made a new pizza and taken the cold one off and ate it yourself to sober up.

And please address this bathroom I only used it in an emergency but damn man. Could be urinated on for...

Service is awful, if you aren't friends with the bartender good luck getting service. Beers can be empty for ten minutes, not even a busy night, and it will take forever to get the bartender's attention. Been here with different bartenders and only one that's been good (guy with fun hair, didn't get his name). Seems like the bartenders barely know the menu, which is not even that big. I have been here a few times because my partner enjoys there Taco Tuesday and I have tried different things, each time missing most of the food. Perfect example: A burger with no lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc - which it says is included on the menu. Another example: Tacos missing sour cream and salsa even after the bartender asked if we wanted any.

Only giving it two stars because my partner truly enjoys the tacos, but we won't order food...
