Excellent customer service and quality of work. Sometimes when I'm dealing with a jeweler I feel silly because my I needs are so minor, like having links adjusted on a watch that I didn't buy there or having a battery changed in a beater Casio work watch that they would never be caught dead selling.

No matter how busy they are and no matter how minor your issue is they will treat you like you're buying top of the line merchandise instead of being an annoyance. When it was time to buy a watch, they made me a great deal that I am 100% satisfied with. They matched the lowest price from an authorized retailer with the item in stock, fully warrantied and with all accessories. I could have bought it for $100 less on the gray market but I wanted a warranty and full packaging, no one online had the same package for less. Only gray market was cheaper and that's not my preference.

Just one thing...this is not the place to go if you want it repaired yesterday. Working with these fine folks can require a bit of patience sometimes and if you don't have any you should probably go somewhere else.

I had the have my wedding band cut off following a horrific accident in January 2021. Just now brought to Jason to have it repaired and put back together so I can wear it again. (Means the World to me as I am so "Happily Married!") He explained what he's going to do clearly and gave me a great time frame for this to be repaired. I was THRILLED!!

I wish I could give MORE than five stars! This place is everything that "shop locally" should be about. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in, despite the fact that everyone working was busy helping someone else. This is a small, family-owned business, but the merchandise was BETTER than the so-called "big name" stores. There was nothing in the store that looked chintzy or cheap. Everything was SPARKLING clean, and, best of all, the charming and friendly woman who helped me took the time to show me multiple pieces and answer my questions patiently until I found just the perfect gift.
