I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this urgent care center. When you feel unwell, the last thing you want is a frustrating visit, and this facility handled everything with remarkable speed and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, the process was effortless. The check-in was quick the staff upfront are incredibly kind and welcoming, and I was taken back to an exam room almost immediately—a huge relief! The facility itself was immaculately clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were phenomenal. The MA was incredibly kind and gentle during the initial screening. When the PA Maria came in, she was great. She was highly professional, spent time listening to my symptoms, and was exceptionally thorough in her examination. I felt truly heard and cared for, not rushed at all. What really sets this center apart is the convenience of on-site medication dispensing. Being able to get my prescription filled and dispensed right there before I even left the building was a major time-saver and reduced my post-visit stress dramatically. Overall, the combination of speed, thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism makes this the best urgent care I have ever visited. Highly, highly...

UH Urgent Care has a nice, clean facility with friendly workers. It’s conveniently located, and the online appointment system makes scheduling easy. However, my experience was disappointing due to long wait times and privacy issues.
I scheduled an appointment at 9:00 AM for a 6:30 PM visit, expecting the process to be smooth. Despite booking nine hours in advance, I was told there was still a two-hour wait when I arrived. This made the online appointment system feel ineffective.
While waiting, I noticed a significant privacy issue. From the lobby, I could clearly hear patients’ health concerns being discussed in the intake room because the doors were wide open. I could also hear conversations between doctors and patients in the exam rooms. This lack of soundproofing is a serious HIPAA concern—patients’ medical information should remain confidential.
While the staff and facility are great, UH Urgent Care needs to address these privacy concerns by adding sound barriers, closing doors, or using noise-canceling measures. Improving the appointment system to reduce wait times would also make the experience...
Read moreI had an awful experience here. I was treated like a child, and when coming in for mild chest pain, no one even listened to my heart or lungs. To emphasize, I was in a clear stable condition, able to run and exercise, but I am dealing with some pain in my chest that I am concerned about. The person who took me back was aggressive and was moving equipment around harshly (for no apparent reason as they were not busy) and snapped at me. The provider that came to see me immediately told me she could not provide care and that I should go to the ER, and did not even come near me once besides to shake my hand. Her comment "Are we still friends?" as I was leaving was extremely insulting, and left me never wanting to return. Neither one of them asked me how long I had been experiencing pain. I understand that Urgent Care facilities do not have the same capabilities as larger hospitals, but not even evaluating me in any way is ridiculous. At the very least, they should do some sort of evaluation of the patient's heart and lungs and do a general exam before suggesting they go to the ED, especially when a patient, such as...
