I used to really like this place, until someone screwed up my nails badly. After a few days of a gel nail application, my nails started chipping like it was regular nail polish. I called, and they said that they would take care of it. I have to add the woman who did the gel nail job that chipped my nails also filed the old polish off of my nails so much they were paper thin and I was NOT happy about that, either. I figured, well people make mistakes and they said they would take care of it, so imagine my surprise when they said it wasn't free when it was done. I said but it is your Salon's fault that they had to be done over (every nail was chipped by then!!) and my nails were made paper thin!! She said I chose another color. WHAT DIFFERENCE DID THAT MAKE, the nail polish costs the same whatever color it is!! They had to do them over, anyway! They said they could give me 10 dollars off. I couldn't believe it! I had to pay for the gas and the time to have it done over (time is money!) for mistakes THAT THEY MADE! This happened to me 14 years ago at another salon and they told me it would be free and it WAS because they made the mistakes that made me have to come back, and I also got another color then, too, AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT! I won't be going back EVER again! I was a good, steady customer...

I honestly really want to like this place. I have mixed feelings. I told the nail tech that I wanted gel tips and provided a picture of exactly what I wanted. I noticed her only doing gel and made sure she knew I wanted tips. She continued to only do gel and when I told her for a 3rd time I wanted tips she got annoyed with me. She proceeded to tell me that tips might be too expensive for me and I began feeling very uneasy. When the owner came over she also tried to get me not to get tips because the tech had already done the gel. I was very bothered by the whole experience, I think if the customer wants something the nail techs shouldn’t try to convince otherwise. Owners daughter came over and tried to smooth things over which I appreciated, and I understand there is a language barrier and have nothing but sympathy but I was flabbergasted when I got to the register to pay and didn’t get any compensation or discount for the hour long mistake and rude behavior from the employees. So I originally gave it 2 stars but I’ve now changed my review. As of yesterday I spoke to someone who got the same nails I did and she told me they charged her $55 and I was charged $80. This was the worst experience of MY life, as well as being very expensive for the poor and absolutely horrible job done. I called to set an appointment for dip powder and got there 30 min early where they started me right away. as she was removing previous work she kept trying to force me to get gel but that is not what i called for nor wanted on my nails. i was then switched to another lady that did not thin out the tip or even out the powder before top coat after i already asked twice, I asked a third time and she said it was due to the other lady putting thick tips on...i have my cosmo license and you can file down a tip and thin out the sides.. she also filed into my cuticle area cutting some skin and when cleaning my actual cuticle cut me 2 times one so bad where i yelled ow and started bleeding right away. I would not recommend this place for anyone with dip powder!! my overall price was 60$ just for one color and tips i got no design and horrible service for 60$ she told me tips were 20$!!!!
