I bought and replaced my iPhone 7 Plus screen here, and I knew it was a mistake when one of the workers could not even place the screen properly. I waited over an hour for a screen that didn’t even fit my phone correctly. The screens are so flimsy and break easily as my first major crack in the screen occurred when it was sitting in my pocket because of the pressure of KHAKI PANTS. The first time I actually dropped the phone was on the back part and a chunk of glass flew off my phone. The glass is chipped so you could cut your finger trying to scroll up. The screen when placed didn’t even feel like a proper screen when you touch and scroll. It doesn’t pick up the front sensor in phone calls, and constantly scrolls and malfunctions with a single touch. I wrote this on my laptop because when I tried typing on my phone it would start scrolling, pressing miscellaneous buttons, and glitches. They give their customers bootleg earphones if they leave a good review, so I would not trust any reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

They just replied back to my comment claiming I work for a competitor when I did work w them a few months ago. Clearly they make excuses for mediocre work. Poor customer service as they never make aware when you are in the store that there is a lifetime guarantee. I worked with a young gentleman with glasses and long hair, and he never mentioned once about a guarantee.    Read moreTL;DR They lied about how long it will take to get it fixed, lied about the price, lied to me about what I said (I said one thing, they claimed I said another.... even though it was not in terminology that I've ever used), and refused to let me speak to a higher level representative. They took my money upfront and returned my laptop in the exact same condition as it was before. They refused any refund, even a partial one. My laptop remains sadly dead. Highly recommend you stay away from this business.
The long version: Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I brought in my laptop to get fixed, explained the issue, they said it would cost x and they'd have it fixed end of same day (Friday) or Saturday for sure. Come Monday, I still haven't heard back and called to inquire, at which point they said it'd be available that evening. Ok. Turns out that they were unable to fix it, would need an extra 3 weeks to get an extra part to fix it, and it would cost an additional fee. I was due to leave out of state and asked for money back. They refused, claiming that they've explained the pricing to me and that the upfront fee was non-refundable. (They did no such thing.)    Read moreTook in an iPad Air 2 for screen replacement and battery replacement. I was told one to two business days for the repair and it took four. Upon getting back the iPad, in the car I immediately noticed the home button didn’t work right consistently and the case/screen was not properly put back together. I brought it right back in the store, and their first reaction was to tell me to put books on it. Not really what I spent the money to fix it for, to put books on it. I requested that they fix it correctly. I got it back the next day, and it seemed ok. A few days later, the home button is no longer working, the battery isn’t holding charge any better than before the replacement (if they even did it), and it’s randomly shutting down. At least before we brought it in I could put tape on the cracked screen and still use it. Now it’s just completely wasted. Would have taken just one or two more days and a little more money to ship it to Apple and get a refurb back. It’s 2020 and I really thought that a local store like this could provide a quality service. Don’t be fooled. Sad.
Update: Store reached out to offer a partial refund or home button replacement (which wouldn’t have functional Touch ID). Changed rating from 1 to 3 for the effort. I’m still out a lot of money and don’t have a properly...
