Every meal starts out with homemade chips and salsa; both regular and verde. While the regular salsa is good, the verde is AMAZING. It's totally worth the gallon of water you'e going to drink over the next 12 hours (super salty). We finished the bowl real quick and asked for another one which I proceeded to put on everything I was eating. If they sold that salsa separately I would totally buy a jug of it.
I really like how they offer everything in both Mexican style and American style. We got the Mexican style chicken tacos as well as the Mexican style quesadillas. I've had Mexican tacos in the past and they're essentially just your protein plus cilantro and onions; simple but delicious. Mexican tacos are often served with a side of cactus as well which I love. Mexican quesadillas, however, I have never tried before. They're totally different from your typical quesadillas which are essentially just tortillas melted together with cheese. Most of the dishes look to be the same as what the former restaurant (Maddy's) served but they have added their own twist on some and added some new dishes as well. We tried some of are standard dishes and were very happy with the changes to them. Both the rice and the beans are different and we were very happy with the changes. Their guacamole seemed to be a little simpler then what we were use to but was still fresh and tasty. Only complaint is they only included one bag of chips with our order which consisted of Enchiladas, Quesadillas and a large guacamole. The chips were gone before we even got through half the guacamole. Maddy's would have included 3 bags of chips with the order. Still a great place for good...

I know delivery nachos typically a no go but these were damn good. Guac was excellent steak was well seasoned generous portions and cut to the perfect size for nachos.
Identified in the notes on the order that the classic burrito should be made without beans and they nailed it. Seems small but I’ve had many orders where the staff seemingly ignores the notes. Seemed to give a double portion of rice in lieu of the beans which was not necessary but much appreciated by the one that ate it.
Smothered (wet) burrito was FANTASTIC. The salsa poblana sauce was phenomenal. The flavors and balance were excellent and this dish really stuck to the authenticity they advertise.
