The Spa used to be fantastic, however, the service, sometimes leaves something to be desired. I've been there many times and was left waiting, at times for 10 minutes before a waitress came w/a menu, even though they saw me coming in & the place wasn't even crowded. I've even walked out of this place because of their inattentiveness & they looked at me with surprised expressions. I didn't have much time on my break to wait for them to decide who would serve me. The food is generally good, but, the mashed potatoes (a favorite of mine w/meals), now almost always have a sour taste to them. Although it was a favorite place of mine, at one time, some of the staff needs to be changed. Susie & Crystal & a few others were always nice, along with a few, who now are sadly gone, but, some of those who remain, leave something to be desired..That is very sad for the restaurant, because it really used to be a nice place to go & have a good meal..but, the attitude changes are too much, and has changed the atmosphere too much. I don't like the way they treat their customers. People go out to enjoy themselves, their meals, & their environment. They don't need to go to a restaurant where they feel uncomfortable...

Read moreI came here based on all the great reviews. And unfortunately I was very disappointed. Her response was they're very good and everyone loves them. So, I ordered the crab cakes Benedict. The last hole-in-the-wall where I had them they were fantastic so I was expecting something just as good. The 1st forkful didn't even go into my mouth. It was FAKE CRAB mixed with a ton of filler. I didn't eat them. I ate the poached eggs and the English muffin and was charged heavily for that. Wish I could have written a better review like...
