I don’t usually write reviews but I will for this nursing home that took such amazing care of my aunt. I was so scared at the very thought of my loved one going to a nursing home during the whole pandemic and hearing about so many patients dying of covid but the staff at foothill heights held my hand through the whole process from start to finish . The facility itself is so clean and welcoming. The amazing nurses treated my aunt so well like she was family and made sure she had everything she needed at all times. I found Foothill Heights Care Center very helpful, knowledgeable in the medical industry, and very organized. They helped me find what I needed and their rates are very affordable. I will refer many other patients to their facilities in the near future. They helped my family as well.I needed to take care of my grandmother and they gave me pointers on how to care for her. They drug their patietnts so they don't have to deal with them. Granted some patients are difficult, but they are human beings. If they can't handle difficult patients, get another job. I had to file compalints with various organizations. Even their rating in USA TODAY shows them at a 1, whih means LOUZY!
