One star is even to much this place is filthy and falling apart broken equipment and discusting i cried when i went to visit my brother there i cant believe osha hasnt shut that place down.. It like that last stop to death. Omg never send a loved on there it tpok me three days to long to remove my brother from there and he had to go back to the hospital, i wonder why with all the germs in that place, so deppressing it was heart breaking to see all these old people having to live thier last part of thier lives in a dump like that.. Staff is really caring and nice, but entire building needs an update. Rooms are dingy and the ventilation and air quality is horrible. There isn't any secure outdoor space for patients to walk or get fresh air, only a small area for smoking. Also, what is with the telephones there? They never answer the phone , which then makes it impossible to get to talk to your loved ones. When i went to visit, no one was at the "secure" front entrance, so i just let myself in and hopped on an elevator and found my relative. . What if I wasnt a safe...

They basically don't answer the phone. They call you when they need you to pick the patient up because they have used up their Medicare benefits so they can't bill for as much money. If you ask why they didn't pick up the phone they either lie or say they are doing a good job taking care of patients. This is also not true. My sister was discharged to PNC from a mental hospital, and received NO follow up psychiatric nursing care while there. This place is deplorable and should not be licensed. They warehouse and feed...
