Wok Master — Restaurant in Pasadena

I've ordered from this resturant for about 10 years. They even know my address by heart. I loved the food here, but I will no longer give them any more business. The owner is incredibly rude. I ordered two lunch specials over the phone and when I arrived I checked with the guy who took my order on the phone to confirm that i didnt infact order the lunch special and not the dinner. The guy was new or something and said he tried to call back because they dont do lunch specials past 4pm. I called at 4:04 and the first thing I asked him was if they would be willing to do it for me still. He said yes and that they will give it to me before I paid. I handed over my card and signed, not worried since I clarified it twice now. Then i receive two dinner orders. I told the owner and he said it was my fault even though I explained to him that his new employee agreed to it twice before I handed over my card. He swore outloud and grabbed the food and threw it on the counter behind him and canceled the whole order. This all happened loudly infont of people eatting inside the resturant. We came in to try the food today for the first time. This food is exceptional! The chef is amazing and our server was the absolute sweetest guy. Very helpful and mentioned his favorite dishes. The food is all sautéed I'm rich, tasty sauces and garnished with an adorable little spring roll (spring roll was delicious!) We bought several dishes to take home after lunch. My husband was so happy to finally find the perfect fried noodles he has been craving lol

I highly recommend trying this spot. I'm going to tell all my co-workers to try. The staff is friendly and the food is super delicious! Wok Master definitely needs a 5 star rating. There's no way they could ever deserve a 1 star. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you...

I travel a lot for business so I love trying out different restaurants in the different cities we’re in, one of my favorite is Chinese food. So we decided to try the spot for dinner, it’s a small restaurant and only one lady working in the front but the food was outstanding and there was a lot of it. Their egg drop soup was probably the best I’ve ever had in my entire life their food was so good we came back the next day with another group of people for lunch and everyone enjoyed their food. So I would definitely give this place a try it shares its parking lot with other businesses so it may be difficult to find parking during the peak hours but we were able to get in and...
