Lovesac — Local services in Pasadena

UPDATE: Got the sofa. It’s everything we thought it would be and more. The packaging is incredibly well labeled. Put everything together definitely takes time out of your day, but our salesperson Christina at the Pasadena location emailed some setup options the day our sofa shipped to us based on what we purchased. Phenomenal experience through and through!

This is purely based on the shopping experience in store (Our order is in progress) but I haven’t been this impressed with a retail experience in a long time. The way everything was laid out in the store really gives the customer a clear idea from the get go of what the product is and what all it can do. I even love the wooden miniature magnetic sofa blocks they have to help demonstrate and visualize what you can do with a Lovesac setup. You can feel the firmness of the sofa and the texture of all the covers you can choose from. And the staff in Pasadena from Christina to Jean and Ben were all super helpful in finishing up our order. Can’t get enough of Lovesac! I am obsessed! Being able to play Tetris with your couch whenever and wherever you want is something that I have grown to value. I love that I can buy new covers to change the color and vibe of my couch without having to buy a new couch. I can change it from a L shaped to a rectangle or make two couches out of my 6 seat and 6 sides couch. It’s so fun and easy! Best part is I can throw my covers into the washer whenever I want to clean them or there’s spills, etc.

Now I am buying accessories for my lovesac and I can’t be happier with all my purchases. The best part is that whenever my boyfriend and I visit Lovesac we are like kids at a candy store.

We spent a lot of time picking out the exact pieces we wanted, and when we came back ready to purchase, the two employees working that day seemed totally unprepared. They were confused, double-checking everything, and even after we told them twice to correct our apartment number and zip code, they still got it wrong.

As a result, our couch was shipped to the wrong address. Even though it arrived in our apartment within a week, FedEx had to send it all the way back to Texas because it had the wrong zip code and no unit number. Now we’re stuck waiting an entire month to receive something that should’ve already been in our home.
