If i could, I would give them -5 star rating.
If you value your time, money, gas, and especially your car, I strongly advise with every ounce of my being to stay away from this shop.
I had to keep constantly returning to this shop to have them redo the work that they were supposed to have done correctly the first time and the production manager will lie to your face and the manager Crystal talks a big game but does not keep her word. Nothing but empty promises and lies with this shop........
And no updates given to me, I had to call and get updates....
For example, the production manager lied to my face regarding the overspray on my left front and rear door jambs saying they never touched my doors but how can that be? Considering that they did work on my dented doors. And to top it off, he had his staff try to smooth out the overspray right in front of me as I was there to pick up the car....
Another example, the dent on my door jamb was supposed to be fixed and yet it wasn't because I'm told the insurance company will not cover it. I'm told later by my insurance company that the dent is supposed to be repaired by the body shop because they were already paid by the insurance company to fix it........
Another example, the adjustment on my door lock latch, it's clicking when opening the door and it wasn't like that before the accident and after.....they replaced the latch but they stripped the screws for the latch severely.......
These are all separate visits, each time I had to come back and leave emptyhanded......and also no accommodation for a rental after the 3rd visit and I told them that my other car is not drivable......all the while I maintained my composure and not make a scene at this shop.
I felt horrible for my boss because I had to leave work early after each time I was told that my car was ready to be picked up and then leave disappointed and emptyhanded.
I also feel horrible for my friend who had to take time out of his day off to take me each time.
This place is a serious waste of time, money, and gas!!!
Total visits = 4 and I left with a new latch but stripped screws and the door still needs to be adjusted because the latch is grabbing the door lock hook......and a bunch of overspray on various parts of my car......common sense to cover my car while painting a car next to mine.....laziness and incompetent plain and simple........
All I was there for was simple repairs that could be taken care of relatively quickly and I was very polite and considerate and extremely patient...all I mentioned above was over the course of 2 months......

Read moreSomeone backed into my 3-year-old Toyota Corolla and damaged my front bumper. I went to Toyota Pasadena and they told me Markham Boling Collision Center is who they use. They are also a Honda Certified shop. Being that my car is only 3 years old, I wanted nothing but OEM parts and Markham Boling only uses OEM parts so I know I could trust them. I brought my car in without an appointment and Dominick did an initial estimate for me right away. The initial estimate from the insurance was much lower than Markham Boling's because they use aftermarket price. Sam at Markham Boling ensured me not to worry and that he would negotiate with the insurance to get OEM parts. Sam was super friendly and was very responsive. He kept me updated with the progress. The best part of working with him is that he always picked up my calls and returned my calls and emails quickly if he was unavailable when I called. My car is pearl white which is very hard to match since it's slightly different shades on different cars. It was very gloomy everyday during the process so they couldn't quiet match the shade 100%. Sam was so nice that he sent it back to the painter to do it again. It was a lot of work because they had to sand it down to re-paint. The second time as soon as the sun came out, the painter matched it 100%. You will not be able to tell my bumper was not the original. Read moreI went into the shop in early October because my bumper got snagged on a parking space curbside. It got yanked off pretty good. I went to Firestone and to their credit, they tried their best. They weren't able to fit the bumper back on, but zipped tied it in two areas so it didn't get any worse. Next stop, Honda dealer service dept. I was reluctant to go there, because I know you need and appointment, and that it was apt to be expensive, but I wasn't sure where to go next. Get there and they tell me they don't do that kind of work at the dealer, but outsource that work to the Markham Boling Collision Center. I head on over. I get there and quickly speak to Mr. Dominick Bernardini hoping at best to get a same day appointment and a quote. He steps outside looks at the bumper, and tells me to drive to the back service entrance. Before I know it, he's got a technician on it and before I can blink, the guy was half way done. Couldn't believe how kind and efficient these guys were!!!!!!! I can't recommend them enough! ...
