UPDATE 4/16/2024: Clearly this needs to be updated as management has bought many 5 star reviews and even writes multiple 5 star reviews for their own business. "Dear" Elen, first, I'd like to comment that I do not yell and have never yelled because I am a professional and conduct myself as such. So I'd kindly ask that you don't blatantly lie about things just to make you and the business look just and fair regarding my review. One thing I will absolutely agree with you on is that the owner did not in fact need to be involved, yet he was due to the lack of professionalism displayed by you and the rest of the team that we had to deal with. That of course stems from the owner, because he was the MOST unprofessional. The fact that you believe the initial review is about plastic cups alone is incredibly sad and further proves management has no idea what they are doing. I introduced myself multiple times before speaking to you and Art and in fact the bartender as well before getting to the issues brought upon my clients. Therefore, I'm not really understanding where "I didn't even know who you are" during a conversation is coming from. I didn't know who any of you were either, that's relatively how introductions work. If you were truly "ok" with the bride and groom from the beginning of the wedding, they wouldn't have to seek my services 4 days prior to the wedding. I had to get involved because contracts were getting mixed up by management; you had to hire a bartender 4 days prior to the wedding because you forgot that was in the contract. We had to bring our own tables because it was not provided until the clients and I had to come to the hall in person and have a conversation about it. Also, dinner tables are not cleared at 10:00pm when the wedding went on until midnight. Moving forward, please make sure you have all the facts of the matter straight. Just want to clarify
About a month ago I was hired to help communicate some issues between the bride/groom and the venue. Never before had I been hired with 4 days left to the wedding day. As you can imagine, things must have been incredibly horrid. Art, the "manager", and I DO use that term very loosely, was a nightmare to work with. Of course with this business, as any other, you deal with all sorts of personalities, his by far was the absolute worst. He has no respect for anyone. The miscommunication between Elen, no idea who this person is and why she's even involved in anything, and Art is appalling. They were never on the same page about anything. You called one to request something, got a totally different answer from the other. Incredibly unorganized. They could never even accept responsibility for the mistakes they made. People make mistakes, we're all human, but to act like it was all the fault of the client, when everything is clearly listed on the contract? It's clear they've never been in business before. They are not professional at all and made the last week leading up to the wedding for their client's an absolute nightmare. Even the night of the wedding, all the tables were cleared by 10:00PM. What wedding ends at 10:00pm? People were there until midnight. Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and incredibly disappointing. Will NEVER bring my clients here and in fact will recommend anyone and everyone I know to NEVER work with these...
Read moreWe recently celebrated my daughters’ Quinceañera at Fleur de Lis Banquet Hall, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and the team behind it. From the very beginning, Teddy (the owner) was incredibly helpful and supportive in the planning process. He was always responsive to my many questions, asked thoughtful questions to really understand what I wanted, and even offered helpful suggestions that made planning so much easier.
On the day of the event, Teddy personally walked us through everything and even allowed us early access to set up, which was such a huge help. The event itself went off without a hitch thanks to his attentive and professional staff. They were constantly checking in to make sure every detail ran smoothly. A special shout-out to Yuda, who went above and beyond to serve us all so attentively and in such a timely manner.
And to top it off—Teddy gave us an amazing price for everything, which made the whole experience even better. Our daughters’ Quinceañera was truly unforgettable, and I am so grateful to Teddy and his team for making it possible.
If you are planning an important event, whether a quinceañera, wedding, or any celebration, I highly recommend booking Fleur de Lis Banquet Hall in Pasadena. You will be in...

We recently hosted our sangeet at Fleur de Lis, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect – elegant, vibrant, and the ideal blend of modern touches with enough space to accommodate all the dancing and festivities an Indian celebration demands.
The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were well-prepared for our dholki and garba sequences, and the sound system was perfect for the Bollywood beats we had lined up. The dance floor was spacious enough for all the high-energy bhangra, and our guests loved it!
The catering arrangements were seamless too – the in-house team worked with our Indian food vendor, and everything from the paneer tikka to the gulab jamun was served fresh and on time. They even ensured there was enough space for the mehndi station and helped set up the backdrop for our couple’s dance performance – such thoughtful service!
We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality and professionalism. If you’re planning a wedding, sangeet, or any Indian event, this venue is hands down one of the best choices. It’s the perfect blend of tradition and class!...
