I stumbled upon Victor's shop since he had helped out on my mom's car.

I have a 2020 BMW M550i with a CEL, and silly old me took it to the stealership at Monrovia where they quoted me over 5K to fix (they didnt even know the problem??) I took it to Victor, and although it took awhile (2~3 weeks i forgot) he kept me updated, and fixed the issue at less than half of the cost quoted. Ever since then my car was running without issue!

Im writing this review today to give credit where its due! 6 months later taking my car to the stealership for my prepaid plan they told me I had a leaking coolant signs. They again quoted me a ridiculous amount such as 1K, stating they dont know what it is but thats what itll cost to fix it. I took it to Victor in the morning - he calls me at the end of the day to pick up the vehicle. Turns out one there was a small leak on one of the hoses. He didn't even charge me a dime for the hose, which was such noble act on his part! This is the reason im going to keep taking my car to Victor and his crew - its hard to find honest mechanics nowadays, but i can assue you Victor is one of them!

This review is for the Sprinter 2500 I should have wrote this review last year..but it'd rather late than never. We brought our van for oil change service before going on the road trip ...we came out with the bill over $1,000.00 ...they said we need to change the engine Belt Tension and the Pulley..I didn't think about that at the time so I agreed with it ...after settled my bill I asked for the belt that he changed ..turn out the belt was brand new I got it changed at my Dodge Dealer a month ago. Of course I took the Belt back and would never came here gain This review is for all the Sprinter owner please be very careful with this auto shop ..they changed parts was not necessary need to change just so they can bill you With a lot of researched I finally found one mechanic only service on the Sprinter Just make sure you knows exactly need to be done at this auto shop so you don't have a big...

Had a bad experience today. I dropped off my Eurovan this morning at 8:30 so he could do a diagnostic on the Check Engine light and do an oil change. He never called me with an update (I had to call him). I returned at 4:30 and he had excuses about why he was not able to check the car. He blamed someone else who was supposed to come by with the tool to do the diagnostic. He didn't even do the oil change. Terrible customer service. And he didn't even seem sorry about it. A wasted day. I mean, if you can't even trust a mechanic to do an oil...
