3/11/25 I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this store. I went in to browse around and I found 3 light up mirrors on clearance for the same price. All same brand but the one I picked was a different shape. I’m happily checking out all my other items, and when the cashier is going to scan the mirror she says it the wrong price. That the red sticker is wrong. I kindly tell her that there are other mirrors the same brand also on clearance. But that they are no longer there because someone else picked up the other two. The manager comes over and says she can’t sell it because the stickers don’t match. I remind her that was the way I found it along with the others. And if she still going to tell the other ones to the other customer for that same price. She checks the other customers and that sticker happened to match. I again kindly tell her that I just don’t find it fare that she can’t sell me the one I picked up when I found it in the market down section. And if I would have known that this would happen,I would have chosen the other mirror that was marked down correctly. And now I lost out on an item I really wanted. The cashier in a snarky tone says well we can sell it for the full price. She just goes on a power trip that she can’t sell it and there’s nothing she can do. I would like to mention that I shop are several Marshall’s around Southern California and spend quiet a but of money often and that has never happened to me. The manager on duty has very poor customer service skills. I used to work in retail and would always try to make the customer feel good even when the store had an error on their end. She claims that she will get in trouble but from my understanding in the state of California, if the store has an item marked down they have to sell it to you for that price. And if they don’t they are violating your consumer protection rights. So if you don’t want your rights violated I would steer clear of this location. I really feel like they should retain their employees on how to treat a customer right instead of trying to constantly get you to sign up for their terrible...
Read moreI always come shop at this location and leave spending over 200$ every time. I even opened up a credit card here. It was so sad and embarrassing how the “manager” didn’t bother asking her name. Wearing glasses denied price matching a floral dress that was on clearance. Simply over a power trip. It’s a shame because I worked retail over 5 years and we price match what the red tag says. I showed them another dress with the same exact price. They stated someone placed the “wrong sticker” make it make sense. The reason given was because it was in the store longer than the other. It’s literally the same exact dress. The dress my daughter chose since her birthday is tomorrow. So sad I didn’t even feel like arguing and simply left the dress. I should have returned all my items because it sucks being embarrassed accused of adding a red sticker even after the scanner showed it was clearance. The point being a manager doesn’t been abuse your power and because you don’t feel like honoring a price you embarrass and assume your customer tags items. I still spend 241$ and I totally regret it. Read moreThe black woman named Dorothy that works here is unprofessional, unhygienic, and slow. She pushed her button to signal she was ready for the next customer. I pushed my cart over and had to wait while she applied her Carmex lip balm with her fingers all over her lips. Then I had to wait while she used a wet wipe from a packet of wipes that are meant to wipe down carts to wipe her fingers. It was like a scene out of Zootopia as I waited for her to slowly ring up each item at a sloth's pace. Two people with more items than me completed their transactions at their registers while I was waiting for her to ring up the second item. She should not be putting on lip balm with her fingers in front of customers and then touching all their items even if she uses wet wipes. So disgusting. Thank God I'm sane and wash all my clothes before wearing them. Please remove her from the registers or teach her some...
