Our dining experience was horrible. Upon entering, there was no greeter/hostess at the front. We (party of 3) waited with another behind us for a few minutes before a hostess popped her head out of the back/kitchen area. We were never verbally welcomed to the spot by any employee.
We opted for seating at the bar. One of us got up to get some menus after waiting 10-15 min. with no communication from any employee as to giving them some time to come back to us. The bartender finally came over and seemed annoyed that we were there. The whole establishment was nearly empty with no more than 10 small family/parties dining during the entire time we dined there. Food came out quickly although partially incorrectly. An empty glass was taken from us and the bartender never offered to get us another beverage. In fact, we asked the GM for water since we noticed he was standing a few feet away. He made eye contact with us then turned around ignoring us. I had to go up to him to personally ask for water for my child.
From where we were seated, we observed the staff frequently rotating for 10-15 min durations going to the back/kitchen and in and outside where there was no back patio seating, and making no effort to positively interact with anyone dining. Observed the hostess frequently going to the back kitchen and peeking out her head every 10 minutes to see if anyone was waiting to be seated. One party was waiting for 15 min. She popped her head out 3x then would return to the back laughing and ignoring them. Two Customers tried to go refill their drink on their own because no server was being attentive to them. A waitress was seen seating down in the dining side area and on her phone. One customer had to go up to her for service.

   Read moreThis Buffalo Wild Wings location is absolutely awful. The food is low quality and the service is careless. Iâve ordered several times online and theyâve forgotten my drink, gave me the wrong sauces, and the fries and chicken are always dry. The wings themselves are tiny and disappointing. Yes, the sauces taste good and I like the drum pieces, but the food overall feels cheap and poorly made.
Sometimes they run decent promos online, but even then itâs still trash food at the end of the day. You donât walk away feeling like you got value. The âmeal for twoâ is advertised at $20, but here in California itâs $25 â and if you want any of the desirable entrĂ©es (not just the basic hamburger or dry chicken strips), you have to pay extra for both. So instead of $20, youâre looking at closer to $30, which feels like a rip-off.
Also, deserts here are terrible âŠ.especially the cheesecake. I once ordered a slice for $7.50, and after I opened the box I couldnât believe it⊠it was the tiniest portion imaginable. I included a photo so you can see how ridiculously small it was. It feels scammy to charge that much for such an abysmal portion
Itâs a shame because the location is close by and convenient, but every time I give them another chance, they mess it up. The wings are dry, the fries taste like cardboard, and the orders are incomplete. They should be embarrassed to operate at this level of quality.
The sad part is Iâll probably still end up coming back just because itâs right next to my place, but Iâm trying hard to avoid it from now on. They really need to get it together â better fries, juicier chicken, proper dessert portions, and basic order accuracy. Until then, this location will keep being a disappointment.

   Read moreI'll just start by saying please avoid this location if possible. Earlier this evening we placed an order through Postmates for two orders of wings. Our Postmate arrived at the location and they told him the order under my name would be up in a few minutes. After more than an additional 20 minutes of wait time he checked back in with the desk and they told him the order he was looking for didn't exist.
We promptly called the restaurant and the operator said there was nothing she could do- I offered to send my order confirmation from Postmates to the restaurant to confirm it had been placed and they refused to look at it or honor it.
We called back to speak with the manager and he accused my roommate of yelling at him on the phone when she was simply asking how we could resolve the issue as we had been waiting for over an hour and a half for 12 wings.
The staff at this restaurant was not only rude and dismissive of us, but extremely rude to our Postmate who was just trying to do his job. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money at some of the more deserving restaurants in the area if you plan on ordering out. Honestly could not be more disappointed by this experience.
