I dropped my daughters phone off for the front screen to be replaced was told it would be an hour or 2 to repair and that I would receive a call once it’s done. I never received a call end up calling 3 to 4 hours later and was told yes it’s ready. I went to pickup phone noticed that the back of phone was severely damaged but let it go because there was a crack on the back but not anything near with what I received. Took phone home. Once home we couldn’t get In phone and we noticed the phone said Cspire and we are with Verizon wireless. So I called back up to ask if they used the code we left to get In phone because we couldn’t unlock phone and was told no they never got in the phone so I asked well why does the phone say Cspire and I’m with Verizon and that the back of the phone was way more damaged than how we gave it to them. The employee then proceeded to say yes it was I saw it when you gave it to me and I said no it wasn’t there was a crack but none of the black parts on the inside of phone was showing. So she then realizes she gave us the wrong phone and I had to drive all the way back there to get phone. So I mentioned if my daughter could get the free tempered glass since I had to drive all the way back up there at no mistake of mine. And I was told it was only for people who left a review and everyone makes mistakes. Businesses I know that make mistakes take accountability and or try to fix or remedy the situation. I came in an hour before close after Play and Talk in Mobile screwed up my phone -- it was my mistake to not bring it to Cellular Citi in the first place -- and they had my phone opened and fixed before the store closed, all the while assuring me with the most phenomenal customer service I've received in my life. I give a very special thanks to Alex and Tray who were working the counter the day I came in, and who helped take the burden of this whole experience off of me.
