Owner of a new totally painted 2012 Scion xB...brought car in to install daylight running lights, replace both headlight lens, fix driver side footwell kick panel, install interior floor lighting (front/rear), reattach satellite antenna, and install an AM/FM shark fin antenna...customer supplied all install/replacement parts, except for the interior floor lighting...Dustin and the rest of the Empress Audio crew were extremely professional and treated our vehicle as if it was theirs...due to the new paint job, one of the crew members (experienced in vehicle painting) called and told us they needed to take the entire lower front bumper off to assure that there would be no cracks in the paint from stressing the panel by bending it...this gave the crew much easier access to install and run wiring for the daylight running lights...also, this allowed the crew to install our new headlight assemblies, which we told them we had purchased previously...according to the internet/car dealership the lower front fender has to be "partially" removed to install headlight assemblies...this attention to detail and customer service really saved us a lot of headaches...the Empress Audio folks were great at suggesting different options for the interior lighting (wireless control) using a remote on a keychain...Empress Audio provided all shop supplies (wiring, relays, adhesives, etc...) required...daylight running lights work as if it were original equipment...on when car is running with no headlights turned on...off when the headlights are turned on...all work was accomplished in 4-5 hours...highly recommend Empress Audio for intricate work that will have the look and function as if the vehicle had it as original equipment...thanks guys for a...

Empress Audio and Marine runs a world-class shop!!! I spoke to Dustin to inquire about installing a GPS/Fish Finder system that I had already purchased for my boat. He told me to bring everything to the shop to evaluate. When I got to the shop the next day, he performed the evaluation and explained how they were going to modify the center console on the boat and flush mount the GPS display. He then asked how soon did I want my boat back. I said ASAP!!! He stated that the soonest he could have the boat ready was the following day. I was so impressed with his knowledge about the installation process that I asked him if he could also replace the old boat stereo system that was damaged and out of service. He gave me a ball park estimate of the entire job on the spot in which I thought was very fair for the extensive work required. ! He also stated that the entire job would be completed by the next morning!!! They DELIVERED and kept their commitment!!! I put the boat in the water the same day!!! The Empress Audio and Marine guys are the absolute BEST in the business!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!!! Beautiful work!!!

Let me start by saying that this is not my first visit to Empress Audio and certainly will NOT be my last!

The reason for my visit today was to replace the head unit in my ‘83 Jeep CJ7. About three weeks ago I stopped in to do some shopping and was greeted by Dustin who guided me through my selection process. He expertly explained the difference in new Bluetooth technology versus older versions. Additionally, he went into great detail to inform me about the power output and the difference it makes with amplifiers and subwoofers.

After making the appropriate selection, I scheduled a visit for installation. I brought my jeep in today and was quoted a 4-hour turnaround time. After about 2-1/2 hours, I was called And told that my jeep was ready. When I arrived, Dustin received my payment and then spent another 10 minutes helping me understand the controls on the stereo.
