Subway — Restaurant in Pascagoula

I've been to Subways across the country and even in Asia. This location is the best!

I'm not sure if this location is brand new, but the place was incredibly clean. Usually you expect to see scratches and/or fingerprints on the glass, ingredients missing or strewn across the selection table, but none of that was here! The glass was super clean, making choosing my ingredients easy. Each of the ingredient bins were full and neat.

The staff were incredible too. Very friendly, charismatic and welcoming. And despite there being trainees at the time, service was really quick.

Lastly, my sandwich was just plain delicious. You'd think it would always be since you choose how it's made, but sometimes there's too much or too little of one thing or another, or maybe it was toasted too long, but my sandwich was perfect.

If this location was a bit farther away than another location, I would still drive to...

They for some reason this store is very high. The same sandwich at all the other chains are way lower. They were very rude when I asked them. I also showed them a receipt of the same exact food I ordered the day before at a different store. They didn't value it. They charged me two dollars more for each sandwich. Which I ended up OVER PAYING $8.00 MORE for my family of four Then the day before. It was not a holiday or anything. Nothing different or changed on any sandwich. I didn't appreciate when I asked the staff about it in drive thru. All three staffers came to the window. Two of them were very rude. Saying " Go to the other chains since it's cheaper then." I then stated for them not to be rude. I was just simply asking why is the price different? They then said " that they didn't care that it was different it just was." I will never go back here again. I don't recommend going...

I rated them one star because it wouldn’t allow me to do a negative 5! We waited 30 minutes to get the wrong sandwich. sent it back waited another 10 minutes for the drinks we ordered - still no sandwich—- gave them another 10 minutes... the guy came and offered me a bag of chips for waiting since they didn’t have any bacon. I DIDN’T ORDER ANYTHING WITH BACON —- Another, 10 minutes passed, and yes, I was a fool for waiting, so I tapped my horn—- this time a girl opens the window and says “yes”? When I asked her how much longer she told me “we real busy in here”. I asked for a refund and after waiting - yet another 10 minutes and after initially being given a partial refund - I got ALL of my money back and left —...
