The rest rooms have been closed for over two months.During this period, I have requested to use the men's room and I was graciously let in by one of the male clerks. At 83 years old when you gotta go you gotta go. Recently, after making my purchases I asked one of the male clerks near the center counter to open the men's room for me and a blond hair lady, possibly the manager, responded that the rest rooms were out of order and under no circumstances would she allow them to be opened. I questioned her veracity based on the the knowledge of the lengthy closure and suspicion that she was lying insisting on her story that they were out of order. I thought, right to the customers only. I like this store, but something is wrong with the management. There seems to be a lot of employee turnover and avoidance by the employees to initiate help, you have to excuse yourself for interrupting their chit chat sessions. I will not return to this store until the bathrooms are open and the customer service improved. They are not the only hardware...

I purchased an XL dog crate, the TS employee went to the stockroom and on his way out of the stockroom this woman ask him to get dog food off of a shelf. He said he had a customer waiting up front but he would be back to help her. She went up to the front of the store, stood on the tip of her toes and yelled for all to hear that the employee was a racist. She was white, I am white and the employee was white? ? Sad to see the homeless living in parking lot but that is no excuse for the filthy messy store I'll keep my business at my local Dinuba store...That being said Cameron did a great job at checkout where the register scanner was acting up thank you Cameron. Interesting response from Tractor Supply but my question why would I call Customer Solutions I would think the Store would fix the ISSUE but that's the olden days of caring about what you present to the people paying your wages not the business owners but the people that spend $$$...
