Was in this location on 4/1/25 and I’ve never been treated so poorly! The very first item the girl scanned was for heated blankets, I’d gotten 2 at the same time and neither one really worked that well, so was returning both. They were a UPS store drop off item that I didn’t need to box or label, that was to be done by the store. She scans the first item then proceeds to get a tape measure out to measure the blankets, then calls the other girl over whispering something to her, then nods and proceeds to tell me my blankets are too big that I have to buy a box for them. I kinda laugh and was like what? She went on to tell me they were bigger than 16” so they couldn’t take them as they were and I was required to buy a box for them. I said no, they are a drop off item that you’re supposed to box and label. She went on to say they were too big, so I laugh again and say ok I’ll just refold them and make them smaller, I’d just quickly folded them and wrapped the cords around them to return them, so I say I’ll refold and make them smaller. She said no I couldn’t do that bc they had to unfold them anyway…?!? Ok what? I said, they are blankets, I can easily fold them tighter to fit your supposed measurement requirement. Again no I was not allowed to do that, though they couldn’t explain to me why I couldn’t simply refold them. They both said I had to take it up with Amazon, that they weren’t going to help me, they were too big (again these are blankets that could have been refolded) and it was amazons problem not theirs. I proceeded to disagree, that no where in the return instructions I had from Amazon was there any mention of sizing being too big, I wasn’t going to pay for a box, and they needed to figure it out bc it was their job, they are contracted with Amazon to process returns, if they have an issue with how Amazon does something that’s a problem they need to handle with Amazon and not my problem. I did exactly what I was supposed to do per Amazon. Not once did I yell, didn’t even raise my voice, didn’t say a single bad word, didn’t call them any names, I just stood my ground that this wasn’t my problem to have to fix it was theirs, I say this bc the next thing I know is they are telling me they feel “threatened” and won’t be taking any of my returns, again I laugh at the absurdity of what’s happening over refusing to let me refold and then remeasuring blankets. So I laugh and say no, that’s not happening, they had to take my returns, I hadn’t done anything “threatening”, which they agreed I hadn’t , it was bc I’d talked over them and they felt I was being rude, well I felt they were being rude and trying to force me to buy something I wasn’t required to buy! Then the darker haired girl decided to “threaten” me by saying if I didn’t leave they’d find another solution to make me leave. Hahahaha so I point blank asked her Like what? lol Going to call the cops bc I’m talking to you and don’t understand why I can’t simply try refolding a blanket? I told them I was not leaving, they were required to take Amazon returns, and to just get on with it. Finally the girl that claimed to be the manager said, well you have that box (I’d brought everything in a box to easily carry it all) if you can get the blankets to fit in there we can take it that way lol ok fine why didn’t you say that from the beginning instead of trying to upsell me stuff I didn’t need. The whole thing was nonsense, all bc they didn’t want to actually do their jobs! They also refused to give me owner info so I could report what happened. I knew that it had been sold recently, I know the previous owners, but didn’t know the name of the current owners. So this is the thing, I’m the customer, I did exactly what I was told by Amazon to do, if you/UPS as the contractor having issue with what Amazon tells their customers to do, that’s an issue you need to take up with them, it’s not my job or my problem!...
Read moreStarting off, never had an issue at this store before. This morning I get asked when the delivery slip was delivered. I told them I don't know it says to pick up the package by the 11th. That started a big deal and the women behind the counter talked to the gentleman in the back and he asked the same question, when did you get the slip. I stated I don't know I work during the day and it was on my pile of to do's when I got home yesterday. They then asked my name, I proceeded to tell them my name then my wifes name then my sons name. I was told I couldn't sign for the package because it wasn't in my name.
Well, where does it state who's name this was under and where does it say what time the attempted delivery was made and where does it say that a specific person had to sign for the package that UPS had attempted to deliver to MY HOUSE!
I went out of my way to pick up a package that should have just been re delivered. Not only did I have to wait in the morning because they don't open till 8, I get looked at and talked to like a criminal by both employees (i believe the guy is the owner). It was an insult and a waste of my time to try to save UPS from having to re-deliver a package which I'm sure only told my son it will be delivered sometime on this date.
Not sure about you but I don't have all day to sit around and wait for a package with the time windows they provide. I also don't have patience for inconsiderate employees.
If you want to know the time the attempted delivery was, put the time on the delivery slip. If you want a specific person to come sign for the package, put the name (even a first name or initials) on the slip. Don't ask questions in which can't be answered when the slip it self says Sorry We Missed you. That in itself states that we weren't there and as you can see from the photos, there's no way to answer those questions.
Lady gets a negative star rating and the man gets a 1 star because he's typically not the yahoo he was today. Yes i get multiple deliveries weekly from FedEx, USPS and UPS so don't assume I should have know that package with the notice left on my house wasn't one of my packages. LEAVE INFORMATION so that people don't waste their morning then get rude behavior from...
Read moreMy mother attempted to mail a package here and the driver at the destination never delivered it because he said no one was available to sign, even though mother designated “no signature required” This was clearly indicated. She asked the associate to put it back on the truck for re-delivery, he consented. Two weeks later we returned to find the package in the exact same place on the floor. When my mother (who is on fixed income) asked for her money back the lady blamed UPS for the problem even though the store has a giant UPS sign hanging above the door. She then said that if she refunded my mother: “then we’d be out the money.” She said she’d file a claim and then refund our money. Six weeks have transpired and we haven’t heard from them at all even though a return call was promised next day. This place is very unprofessional and lacking any sense of compassion for their customers. They blame others rather than taking responsibility for problems. Do...
