Run as far as you could. I was helped by Paula she is very sweet and nice. The owners of the dealers are rip offs. I’m glad I stormed out of there when I had a chance too. I applied for a car that I was interested in and was denied, for pathetic reasons that the dealer made up. Then Paula tells me to come to the dealer to check out cars that I am approved for when I get there I was a shown a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 110,000 miles, Paula doesn’t want to give me a price because they want to run my credit and my sisters credit. Who buys a car and doesn’t know the price of the vehicle? Like it’s ridiculous, I’m sitting there in Dina’s Auto Sales like a clown while the finance manager that has a arrogant pushover attitude and doesn’t even greet his customers, is talking loud and with attitude. I said forget it and left. I went to another dealer with 3 grand down and was approved and now I’m driving a 2019 Audi Q7. While they were trying to put me into a old Jeep with mad miles and not even give me a price of how much I am financing. If you are dumb enough to finance a car here make sure they tell you how much is the car don’t let them run your credit cause whatever amount you get approved for is what they are going to sell you the car for. So if the car is 10k they won’t tell you and when the bank approves you for 20k they’re going to say the car is 20k when in reality it’s 10k they’re trying to get the most out of you. I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD THIS IS NOT A BUY HERE PAY HERE! They will advertise as if they have in house financing they will run your credit with banks that you could get from a big dealer! I almost got scammed and I went else where with low payments and a better car with way less miles! THIS DEALER DOESNT WORK WITH PEOPLE! VERY LOW SELECTION IN CARS! Didn’t want to write a negative review but seeing I went else where and got a better deal showed me what Dina’s Auto Sales is...

I have owned 3 BMW Z4's in my life but have sold them all after i got tired of them. I was there physically on 05/05/20 because i expressed interest in the S#378204. Got there, filled an application, my credit score is around 700 in Equifax & Transunion, i also e-mailed my bank statements, pay-stubs. and told them I had already another loan which is about to be paid soon, I was told it wasn't a problem... 22 hours later, I was told by Alex that i did not qualify at all because i already had a loan, Yes i have a loan! which has a payoff amount of around $800 out of 16k. (which i had also sent a screenshot of (knowing banks strictly discourage this). Long story short, and after thoroughly reviewing their company & their customer reviews, i noticed several google/Facebook reviewers actually work there (which is not a negative thing) and the rest are reviewers that traveled between different states in a matter of minutes.. or were new google accounts, and what not... What amused me was the guy with 3 repossessions and left with a $500 deposit, starting to think i should start selling reviews rather than working in the medical field. Let me know if you're interested. I can spam a few hundred per day... jokes a side. makes me want to think what their company was called before DINA AUTOSALES, and 500 BUY...

OMG! Best best to come to for Quality barely used vehicles. I don't know if its the Car or the customer service that came with it, that I am so in love with. I met with Mr. Ahab, who was a delight. It was like talking to a good friend who had nothing on his mind but to help you drive out of there with your dream vehicle. Make sure to see Ahab for a great conversation, friendly customer service and complete knowledge of everything you wanted to know about financing. Then comes Mr. Cage. The financial person who approves of the downpayments and if you in fact qualify or not. He was on point, and very detailed about it all. He left no room for questioning, as he answered everything! This place was great. I left out of there within an hour with a super fire Nissan Altima! Payments are low and insurance was even lower!!! I love this place and have told all my coworkers. If I qualify, so will they!!! Thank Ahab, Cage, and the boss man in the office who told me he loved my Gold Watch. You all deserve an award for professionalism and Amazing service!!! Thanks for making this happen for me. My entire family is happy and its all thanks...
