Pide 28 — Restaurant in Paterson

What a wonderful surprise this restaurant is! I tried Pide 28 for the first time today. You know it'll be a big hit when a restaurant specializes in a certain dish. The pide & lahmachun are freshly made, and you can tell by the wait time. We did not mind the wait as we were meeting up with friends and chatting. When the food came out, we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and presentation. The Lahmachun has to be the best I ever had! Make sure to squeeze lemon on it and top it with the toppings provided! The Pide was larger and yummier than we thought, too! The spinach one was ah-mazing! And the Mozzarella and feta Pide was spectacular! I was left speechless after trying it, and couldn't stop eating! Also, the Pide and Lahmachun are not spicy, so they're kid-friendly. Oncelikle, bu 2 yildizi hic vermek istemezdim cunku pideleri gercekten guzel. Fakat servis ve musteri iliskileri cok kotu. 1.5 saat yol gidiyoruz sirf pide yemek icin, ve dun aksam cok kotu servisle karsilastik. Siparis veren eleman herseyle ilgileniyordu. Hem para/kasa, hem masa temizliyor, hem servis, hemde siparislerle ilgeniyordu, dikkatimi cok cekti. Ozellikle ayni elleriyle, temizlemeden, her gorevi gordukten sonra, firin dan cikan sicak pideleri kesip tepsilere yerlestiriyor. Bu hic hosuma gitmedi ve bende kibarcana rica ettim. Hic bir sekilde terbiyesizlik yapmadim, ne kotu konustum- zaten tarzim degil. "Bey efendi lutfen rica etsem bizim pidelerin servis vakti gelince elinize wax paper/ pecetesiyle tepsiye yerlestirir misiniz?" diye sordum. Bukadar! Kendisi hemen sok olup "neden, ellerim pismi??" diye sordu. Bu soru hem sacma hemde gereksik. Alincak hic birsey yoktu. Ben saglik bakiminda 13 sene manager'lik yapan birisi olarak, ve gecmiste restaurant servisinde calismis birisi olarak yaptiklarini cok yanlis buldum. Ve acikcasi tiksindim. Benim cevabim sadece: "hayir, kisisel almaniza gerek yok cunku burasa yemek servis yeri ve oyle her yere dokunduktan sonra benim yemegime dokunmaniz bence yanlis", dedim. Burda kendimi hakli buluyorum- ozellikle diyer musteri masalarina, kasaya ve paraya dokunduktan sonra, ve ondan sonra benim pidelerimi kesip ve elleriyle dokunmasi hata . Alincak hic birsey yok. Musteri olarak bence cok hakliyim ve ayrica bu sektor ve saglik sektorunda calisan birisi olarak 100 de 100 hakliyim!. Boyle bir ricada bulunmam buyutuldu ve pideler ciktiktan sonra kesdi ama sonra sicak yemek icin kullanilan ozel "wax paper" bunlari tutmuyor diye sikayet etti, ve isterseniz kendiniz yapin dedi!!

Mecburen esim kalkti pideleri tabaklara yerlestirdi ve ayni zamanda restaurant sahibi tutup "siz disarda hic yemek yemezseniz iyi olur" diye laf soktu bize. Efendim, ben $152 dollar kadar pide siparisi vermisim, 1.5 saat yol gelmisim, birde yarim saat bekletildim ve simdi sizden kibarcana bir sey rica ettim diye boyle davranis gereksizdi! Neden bukadar yogun bir yerde ayri calisan birisini kasaya koymuyorsunuzki? neden hem servis, hem pide kesip tabaklara yerlestiren, hemdede temizlik, para/kasa isleriyle ugrasan eleman tek kisi olsunki? Ayrica daha once geldik, ve hep giriste oturduk ve bu sefer tesadufen mutfak tarafinda oturduk ve bu kotu servis yontemine sahit olduk. Uzgunum bir daha ayak basmam. Musteri pidelerinizle degil, servisle tutulur. Calisan eleman ve sahip olan cok yanlis yapti, ve yanlislarini doru yapcaklarina tamamen alinip musteriyle dalga gecermis gibi davrandilar. My mom and her friends went there and when she came back she explained how she found a piece of hair in her food (pide) she asked if she can get another one and the rudely said “NO, we have so much more orders and we can’t make you another pide.” SOO my mom order something else and they rejected her again... my mom and her friends got very angry and they told my mom that they don’t want them coming again as if my mom would ever go there again. She isn’t going there again because of the way they treated there customers and the low quality of there pide and how it has a high price for it. Anyways I do not recommend going there.
