The service at this place is very bad. I traveled all the way from Virginia to get a dress for myself and I had my friend who was buying a dress.The first time I went there looking for a beaded dress for my daughter’s wedding the 2 girls that work there are mean and not helpful at all. The second time I went there I was hoping that they will help my one of the girls said she can’t go to the stock room to look for the dress in my size because it’s cold to go out. The third time I went again and hoping they will help me find a dress they were very prejudice towards me because I’m not Arab and I was very polite and asked them kindly to help me find a dress they didn’t care at all. Each time I went they told me fitting room is not available and also I’m not allowed to touch any dress. So please do not waste your time because you will be very disappointed. Also their dress sizes are off they don’t fit right at all any style dress doesn’t fit. The sales associate says every person has to alter any dress. I was trying to get a dress that 1000 dollars and it was completely see through and asked her if she has any suggestions to cover up she said get body suit from amazon. The employee helping me find gowns in my size to try on didn’t have any customer service skills. She sent me and my sister to the fitting room with only 2 out of the 3 dresses we confirmed in sizes &picked out to try on. While trying on the first two gowns we waited for the 3rd but she changed her attitude &told us its not her size anymore an too “small” It’s rude &unnecessary to lie just because she wanted to allow that same gown to be tried on by another group of customers who were interested when she set it aside for my sister and I! She confirmed it was her size so why have to lie and tell us come back a later time when there is other styles in stock? Unprofessional and will not be returning. The right thing to do was to let her try on the gown and then if it wasn’t purchased to allow the gown to be given to another customer who was interested. The owner also convinced me to come back later and maybe find something else. Discouraging customers just to please another group and lying is just low/unnecessary. Super disappointed...
