VERY unimpressed with Floristeria Mia. I am based out of Montreal, Canada and I was calling to place an order for one of our customers based in New Jersey. Immediately, as soon as the representative answered the phone, she was extremely rude but I ignored it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I bought arrangements which were going to same place and got one arrangement. They said they would deliver it Tuesday and would make a fresh one. They sent the cheapest one they could make. Because they had to pay for an extra delivery even thought it was their fault. Ordered my boyfriend an arrangement while I was away on vacation. The ordering process was smooth, over instagram.
