Be wary outside of the college book store. Just do not go at night.

Ask and check if the Paterson College Library has it (sign it out) and read/ work on assignment while in the library. Then return the textbook back.

There's the Chegg website. Compare options online for used, new, and rental books. Chegg Amazon books wherever

Check for the "Used" Textbooks, and hopefully, it's in Good Condition. There's the 'Due Date' to return the Textbook(s).

Used copies are the same edition as the new, but previously purchased by another student and may have some notes or highlighting.

Unless you'd rather save the money and buy the new, good condition textbook.

I would not make any purchases from a store that is selling books at exorbitant prices, 2 times higher than the normal market value. This kind of exploitative pricing is unfair and unethical. As a consumer, I cannot support businesses that engage in price gouging and take advantage of customers. Even if they have a book I want, I will look for alternative sources where I can find it at a reasonable, affordable cost. Ordered a Pccc only version book after waiting a week for it to be back in stock. I ordered to pick up and the first pick up attempt I went to see the hours they were closed which is annoying for those who have a far commute and late classes. Next day I show up within the posted hours. Closed. Like if you have to and only absolutely have to pay the ransom for shipping to your house you’ll probably have better luck.
