Ziggy’s Fresh Eats — Restaurant in Paterson

Fantastic options available through the diverse menu options; my go to location for breakfast as well as many others because of the quality that out matches any other deli or restaurant of its kind. Basically a much better 7-Eleven but unfortunately it isn’t able to be 24 hours due to city restrictions, if it was it would definitely be the go to location at any hour. Still, it’s a very busy place especially in the afternoon due to the business being a popular location. Of course I have some criticisms but the pros outweigh the cons.

Definitely would check it out if you haven’t; I’d recommend any salads or salad wraps. For those who are open to some carbs I’d recommend any of the Fat sandwiches as well as my personal favorite the A1 Philly Cheesesteak. For the morning I’d have to recommend a breakfast platter which also has many options to it, personally I love the Philly steak egg and cheese wrap with some hot sauce if you’re able to handle some spicy delicious food.

It’s location is fantastic, very convenient and overall a very fun environment within the store if you get to know the guys who work there personally.

The food is good but the prices are expensive. They charge you for everything separately even the meal deal they have. It can say a burger fries and soda for 9.99 and when u go pay it comes out to 16-17 dollars. They tax on everything. Me and my wife use to try their meal deals and always ended up paying almost double then what the advertised. One price for the burger, another for the fries, and another for the soda. They are silently ripping people off and false advertising. Today i bought breakfast platter French toast eggs bacon and sausage and that came up to 20. Then they only gave me 3 pieces of bacon and one sausage. Like WTH. I understand what’s going on with the economy and the price hikes but I can’t do wit the false advertising cause it’s always more then I expect to spend when I expect to spend what I see on the menu. The meal below is my breakfast platter that was 20$. Aside from me eating the eggs already wat really cost 20 for this platter? It’s jus bad...

I just placed an order and they messed up my salad. I called them back as soon as I received my delivery. He said he will contact the driver I waited 15 minutes I called back no answer. Waited 5 minutes again no answer, called 5 minutes again. Now I know they are avoiding my calls. I called from my sons phone and he isnt answering because it is under my name the phone. Now he blocked my calls. This is very unprofessional. If you messed up my salad, redo It and deliver it. I am literally 3 minutes from you. If I wasn't so sick I would of went to pick up my order. I specifically told you what I wanted on my order, so why would you take it upon yourself to put something on my salad I didnt ask for. Great customer service you provide for messing up an order! If i told you I'm allergic to that cheese and can't eat why would you still let me have this salad and not replace it with a new one?? I will be there tomorrow to speak...
