They don't deserve any star it's ashame that you have to choose a star just to post .
But anyway, I went to this place for a orientation class throug a temp agency. I told them that I could not wear a mask all day because I have breathing problems if I wear it too long. They told me it was no problem to get my medical paperwork and everything will be alright. On my way home the lady from the agency who was trying to get me the job text me and said that the Caucasian lady told her that I had an attitude towards her about my issue of not being able to where the mask to long. It was a total lie because I have no problem if a company can't work with me I just move on simple as that, there is no need for me to get an attitude about something that's is simply fixed by keep on moving. I hate when people lie about untruths, especiallywhen I as a human being strive to be honest and do the right thing. Read moreI would do a zero star if I could. Ordered a Hoshizaki ice maker from Katom, was given incorrect information from their customer service so the product did not work in our space. After diligently trying to work with this company to return the ice maker and purchase another one from them, we chose to eat the $1700 cost then to do business with this company. They would take it back at a cost of $600. Of course they said these costs were all being charged by the manufacturer (which I had no clue Katom didnt stand behind the products they sell) I am appalled by their customer care and attitude. I would highly advise against doing business with this company or Katom if you expect any customer service on the product or have a need to return.
I tried to return this product in original condition one week after I received it. It is in original packaging, on the pallet, and NEVER used as it does not fit our space nor does our custom cabinet fit this machine when we were...
Read more11/29/2023- The refrigerator did not work on October 25. The company confirmed that the temperature controller was broken and ordered a new one that needs to be replaced. It will take about two months, which is too long. It is not a good service
3/9/2024- Their parts arrived in January, but they were wrong and not usable, but as of today's comment date, they still don't have the correct parts for me...
