They gave me a beef chalupa supreme that was folded over like a soft taco. I complained and the girl who made it told me that’s just how Taco Bell makes them if you order them without lettuce (a lie because I’ve had the same order for 12 years). When complaining to the manager Cornecia (because the girl who made it was so rude and argumentative to me) I told her I received a chalupa that was rolled in half and it wasn’t right. At that exact moment another employee comes out of nowhere and says “Cornecia, (the manager) I saw her make the chalupa and it was not rolled in half.”
Problem was both of the employees lies contradicted each other. And one of them called me a liar to my face.
Cornecia the Manager did nothing and I left because the chalupa wasn’t worth that much brain space to me.
I cant believe how rude this place is to their customers.
P.s. On my way out a guy pulled up with a mobile order for a small hot coffee. They gave him a medium iced coffee instead of what he ordered and were laughing about it.

I asked why everything was in a bag instead of boxes and the lady said they do it that way when they run out of boxes. It was only after dinner at home that I saw my receipt and realized they charged a total of $29.94. I immediately called the store (8:10p) and asked to speak with the manager which stated that she could not adjust the total due to us no longer having the food. She said: "I can't give you any kind of refund for food you already ate" and "I also don't feel comfortable giving you my name". Taco Bell can keep my money this time but, nothing else after this horrible insult by their "manager". Did she actually insinuate I was trying to get free food? Shame on you Taco Bell! I came in to pick up a mobile order. Got my bag, and it was missing food items even though it was presented as complete.
I returned to the counter to get help and a girl asked "what's missing?" as the way she greeted me. I started to explain and she cut me off to day the sauce wasn't in stock. Then stared at me blankly.
I asked what I could do and she said they could make it with another sauce. I opted to do that, chose one, and she made the wrong item.
I asked if that was the burrito, because it looked small, and she gave visible attitude. Sighing loudly, even though I was cut off earlier. When I apologized she gave two thumbs up while walking away from me.
I've worked those jobs before, and many others. I'm not having a good day, and I at least treated her with kindness.
