So I need to update my review. I've eaten here a lot and the food was always really good. One day I received something that was not up to the standards I have become accustomed to. I called in to let them know and did not receive what I thought was an acceptable level of customer service. I resorted to posting a negative review detailing the incident. I immediately received a response from the manager Shaun and he asked me to come in so he could apologize to me face to face. I agreed. When I arrived Shaun immediately came from behind the counter shook my hand and offered me dinner. He then sat with me and we discussed the incident. Shaun took responsibility and said it is up to him to train people and assured me that he will be better training his employees in how to help customers and exactly what his expectations are for the food quality. Let's be realistic no manager can be there every second of every day and they can't control everything that an employee says or does but when faced with a situation where quality and service standards are not met their response means everything. I would have been happy with an apology but he went above and treated me like a VIP. Also the food is amazing we don't have a lot of options in PTC especially for fresh clean eating. Plus real vegetarian and GF options too. Also if you're into dogs or tattoos he's got a pretty cool picture of his Golden...

Good food, but I'm not sure sandwich belongs on the title. Atmosphere is about a 2, with a moist warm feel, lacking central air, and temp in the 80s outside. For some reason, that made me question The food safety.

Nonetheless, food was NOT hot, just warm, which is also scary. We were the only customers during the 30 min. I was in there trying to make up my mind about my order. The already prepped meat isn't getting flipped with constant orders either. So...the temp scares me also.

I'm vegan...so there was plenty to choose from. This place reminds me of a more advanced Panda Express, with much better options.

Basically you choose a bowl with rice, or noodles...or a sandwich, of 1 of 2 choice buns. Choose your meat, veggie, or tofu. Then add 5 additional veggies, etc to your bowl or sandwich. Seaweed salad, spinach, several veg choices, etc. Then ...add your sauce, or topping. That's it.

It DOES NOT get cooked again...added is a mix of warm meats, and cold veggies.

This place is one of our go-tos. They have some pretty healthy options and offer generous portion sizes. I’d recommend steering clear from the menu items and just making your own bowl though cos this is what happened to me the other day:

When I got my usual Singaporean bowl the other day, the curry tofu tasted and looked way different than what I normally get. I remembered that they had to go to the back for the tofu cos they were out at the front, so I asked the staff about it to confirm that it was the right one. They then explained that sometimes they use spices and other times “juice” for the curry flavoring, so maybe that’s why it’s different. Um, are you telling me that the flavor on the menu is never really consistent? I also have a feeling that they just gave me the wrong one cos they were out of it and didn’t wanna admit it :/

So yeah, I’d recommend just making your own bowl and only ask for what’s available at the front where you can actually see the labels cos who knows what they’ll give you once they go...
