Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Peachtree City

Ordering to this place is like playing a game of Russian roulette you never know if your pizza is gonna be good and crispy or Cold soggy, most of the time being 2nd option, I used to always order here (usually delivery) and whenever I do, most of the time either my pizza is cold or it’s the wrong order, one time I ordered pizza and some cookies and when I opened it, half the pizza was gone and someone took a bite out of one of the cookies, I asked the manager Linda and she said She would see who Took my delivery and tell Grubhub about it, Spoiler Alert: They never found out who took my order, and since that day I haven’t ordered from this place (that was 13 years ago), Now even though that was so long ago, I just want to give people a head’s up about this place, just don’t eat here and the guy I delivered from is long gone (not dead). Great food but awful service. I placed a carry out order at 5:39 pm to be picked up at 6:45. I arrived at 6:43 and gave them the name for the order. they then told me it would be about 25 minutes. I waited the 25 minutes because i understand that its a holiday weekend and things are busy. What i dont understand is why have the option to pre order if the time lines wont be abided by, especially more than an hour before the requested pick up time. after the first delay i went back in and they said it would just be 10 more minutes. I ended up waiting an additional 15. I recieved my order an additional 50 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. absolutely ridiculous and will not be returning to this location.

I typically don’t do reviews, this was was a situation that could have been resolved cordially. Ordered two pizzas and wings and received the wrong order. No problem, when we called the restaurant to speak with the manager Aniyah to resolve the situation she said I will have the wings right out, since that’s all we were missing. But the pizzas were wrong and the other customer was affected as well. An hour later the wings showed and extra pizzas. We paid for two medium pizzas and an order of wings, ended up with 2 large and two medium pizzas and wings. Bad service ends up being free food so do better papa John’s on crosstown Peachtree city.
