The business is clearly understaffed. The employee was amazing and kudos to them for holding it together. What I thought was frustrating was the initial line was out the door and we were in it. Then other people wanting yogurt formed their own line at the left register and ended up getting service before the others who were there first. The employee was working both registers making coffee, handing out food and adding toppings on yogurt. Recommend the owners hire another employee to assist or the owner needs to step in and assist. There should never be 1 employee alone in a business. Also recommend placing a closed sign on one POS terminal and making it obvious to those customers who skip to get your "you're not special" self to the back...
Read moreI think that jd from Hattiesburg should "AVOID" writing reviews! I stopped by the RMCF around closing time one evening & the 2 young ladies working were busy cleaning up for the evening. I asked for their suggestions and they recommended several items. They told me how their products were prepared & suggested I try the chocolate covered cheesecake. They encouraged me to add toppings if I'd like. Both young ladies were polite, respectful and not one second did I feel rushed to leave because of closing time. Read moreAbsolutely abysmal! Half the frozen yogurt machines were out of order, and half the ones that didn’t have signs on them didn’t work. They had vanilla, chocolate, and cake batter as the only working options. All of them had hand written signs to push the handles up when done (maybe the owners could maintain their equipment better?). The rest of the machines were dripping.
