Needed a refrigerator immediately because mine died so I went there. Went to the "shop" first because it was what came up on Google, only to be told to get back on Hwy 80 and drive around the corner to the "showroom". This was after walking around the whole shop and not being greeted or acknowledged by anyone. Get to the " showroom" and every used refrigerator was 250 plus tax, regardless of brand, size, or condition. I begrudgingly picked one out. As the salesman was filling out the paper work, I noticed that the lower door shelf was missing. I attempted to tell the salesman about it and that I wanted to pick out another. He interuppted me and said he had already started the purchase, but if I went back to the shop, they would put another shelf in for me. Get it loaded and head over back to the shop, only to be told by the owner himself they don't replace things after the purchase, that everything is sold as is. I told him I would not have spent 250 on it except his man told me I could get it fixed. He mumbled under his breath and then went back to what he was doing and left me standing there as another guy working said to me " I don't know what to tell you". I finally left after standing there being ignored, and went back to the showroom with the intent of returning the machine. When I got back to the showroom the sales man kept cutting me off and actng like he never told me it could be fixed. He finally said he was gonna call the owner to see what to do. He calls the owner and then tells me to unload the fridge and they would swap it, then as I am unloading tells me to stop and that if I go BACK TO THE SHOP AGAIN thay they would replace the shelf. I go back, and the owner says " grab that shelf arm on the trailer outside, that's the best I can do." The fridge was tapeed shut and wrapped with a strap, so I grabbed the shelf arm and l left. When I got home and unloaded I discovered the tab that holds the shelf arm to the door is missing completely, so the arm cannot be reattached. So at the end of it, I paid 250 dollars for a used fridge that I can't even store anything in the door of after being treated very poorly and lied to by both the salesman and the owner. And there ain't a damn thing can be done about it. I will never do business with them again, and will discourage others from...

DO NOT buy appliances from this place. You will regret it! My husband and I bought a washer and dryer from Patrick's. After is was delivered. We realized the washer was filthy...like disgustingly filthy and had not been cleaned. It had some sort of black mold particles all inside that we could not get out even after several cleaning cycles. We called to complain and asked for a replacement. A technician was scheduled to come pick it up and then never showed up on the day they were scheduled. No one bothered to call to let us know that they would be unable to pick it up or let us know there had been a change in schedule. The next day, we tried calling and could not get through to anyone..it went straight to voicemail which was conveniently full. I was beyond frustrated at this point and decided to drive up to the store again. The owner Patrick was there. I requested a refund which he refused. I told him our machine was filthy and he was very rude and offered no solutions. He told me he didn't know when he would be able to get to it. MARY IS AMAZING! I can't say enough gr8 things about Patrick's! Mary went out of her way 2 make sure we we're able 2 give our friend, that is long distance, THE VERY BEST STOVE! She went above & beyond. So patient helpful answered all ?'s & just gave us the gr8est service EVER. She actually had me in tears She was so wonderful! The delivery men even made sure our friend had EVERYTHING she needed 2 hookup the stove when they delivered it & they we're EXACTLY on time.
