This was my third time at this clinic, but if it were my first, I would not have gone back. The first two visits were very positive and the providers I saw were fantastic. I checked in online to āwait in the comfort of my own homeā (as the sign says) and received a text that it was time to come in. I checked in with the front desk and then proceeded to wait 1.5 hours just to be called back. I went up and asked the friendly front desk if I would be called back soon, because I had checked in online. I was told that between the time I received the text message and I arrived (less than the driving time anticipated when I registered) there was an influx of people and it was āfirst come, first servedā and it didnāt matter if I registered online. I asked what the purpose of the online registration was and the signs that said āwait in the comfort of your own homeā if I was going to have to wait hours anyways in the clinic? About 5 minutes later I was called back and vitals were taken. The tech led me to a room and said āthe provider would be with you when she canā. The tone gave off a āweāll get to you when we get to youā vibe. The provider comes in a little over 30 minutes later and she barely listened to my concerns. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by being there. She spent maybe 2-3 minutes in the room with me. Not one person was there waiting prior to my arrival so I knew I would be seen quick and on my home to rest instead I waited 47 minutes and then had to go back to the desk to ask if I was forgotten about. a few minutes later I was taken in back. Someone came and took my blood pressure and left. The person at the front desk then came and took my temp and tested me for Covid. The previous person returned and asked me some ridiculous questions. My records were there as I am a previous patient at CareNow. Not sure if this was a new person but she was not knowledgeable at all and complained of being tired. If I stated I had a hysterectomy in 2018 why would the follow up question be are you pregnant?! Because o felt so bad I just wanted my test results and to be discharged. Then I was finally called back after waiting 30mins for them to ask me what I was here for to which I stated the reason and they proceeded to ask me what they should do⦠very un knowledgeable and uncaring ( the NP & Andy). They then asked me to wait in the waiting room after discussing what seemed to be a very short care plan. After waiting approximately 30 more minutes in the lobby I asked the front desk attendant how much longer I would have to wait to receive care.
