Kroger — Local services in Pearland

Very poor customer service I would give them zero stars if I could. I went in to purchase some All detergent that’s on sale for .99 for Friday and Saturday only but Kroger sent me an email stating the sale will last in to the 22 of September.To make a long story short I did not get my detergent For .99 The customers service by the name of Irue Yung was very rude and unprofessional. I shops at Kroger all the time but after my experience Today I will never shop at another Kroger again. I rather Spend my money at H.E.B where customers service is alway fantastic. I ask to speak with a manager concerning this matter. The managers was not available to help with my questions concerns and matters. The manager on duty for October 5th, 2024 around 9am and the worker for self checkout treated my mother unfairly. For weeks the store has incorrectly labeled their cases of water as a cheaper price than what it rings up to at check out. My parents always let the cashier know and they have accommodated to the lower price. Today, my mother went alone and was denied the lower price. My Mother is Hispanic and my Father is white. I cannot see any other reason to treat two customers with the same issue differently. This has been a repeated issue for my Mother where people double check to see if she’s stealing or refuse to give proper customer service. I bought the holiday dinner from the deli. The turkey best by date was 12/24, the day I picked it up. Really. The dressing had carrots which was unexpected in any dressing I have ever heard of. Sweet potatoes were half potatoes and half toppings. Potatoes were cubes not mashed and smooth. Sweet potatoes were already marked for quick sale. The regular mashed potatoes were fine. I can only give the food an average of a 2 rating. The staff tried to be accommodating since the turkey they had was not what I ordered for the third year in a row.
