Today, I went through the drive-through to get smoothie like always. Paid young lady, and when she reached my change to me, she dropped half of my change, close window and returned with the order. So I asked about my change and she said, "What you want me to get it? I can't go outside to get change." And I said,"I'm not getting out my car to get it. " So I asked to speak to the manager. The customer service is horrible at this location. I came inside to place an order and no one said anything to me. I stood at the register for a good 10 minutes and when the young lady Shyann finally walked over, she just looked at us and didn’t say anything.
