A slightly upgraded version of Ross (just my opinion, if you feel otherwise, good for you đ).
Did you: just received your income tax refund? Received an surprised bonus from your employer? Maybe you won a little something from scratch off lottery? Over budgeted for expected bills and now you have some excess money? Or maybe you got lucky and randomly found some money on the ground, I mean, finders keepers right? My point is if you normally shop at Ross (your go to store) and then some weird, unexplained phenomena, miracle (because life is full of surprises, am I right?) happened to you (some examples above) and now youâre feeling a bit âbougieâ but doesnât want to be broke again after some unnecessary shopping? Then check out T.J Maxx.
Not gonna go in to too much details but just know they have variety of items in the store like clothes, furnitures, shoes, decorations, etc. so just go and check them out!
Please consider spending your money responsibly.
Also, do your best to resist buying those snacks located at the checkout section. Its hard to resist those âPOPâcorns, candies, chips, CHOOOcolate, and more, specially when youâre waiting at the long checkout line where the line was designed to zigzag around those overpriced âsnacksâ shelves while they have 1-2 registers open to 20 customers in line. But youâre hungry? Well, they, also know that youâre hungry, hence, snacks are placed before you check out. Heck, I donât even know you and I know youâre hungry, of course you are, from all the hours you spent in there shopping, who wouldnât be hungry? Just get you some real meal for the same price after.
Sorry went on a tangent there. But yeah, I also shop at both Ross & TJ Max so go and check them out, they have some good stuff in...
Read moreLive in the neighborhood and come frequently enough to this Tj maxx. Everything was fine at checkout I was treated kindly by the first cashier. Unfortunately it seems she may have overlooked a backpack I placed in the counter, we were talking a bit after all so it was no big deal. However, the door rang because of this item that I was unaware that was not scanned. Instead of just being asked to get my items checked to be sure, another cashier close to the door said âAre you going to pay for that or leave it?â. I was confused because I was unaware of an item being not scanned. And she keep asking âare you going to pay for that?â Multiple times, some slower as if I couldnât understand her, I am Hispanic by the way and I can obviously understand English. Turns out the backpack (super visible and big, canât see how anyone would be able to steal something like this or would want to)was not scanned. Thing is, what kind of phrasing and treatment is that?? I was treated like a thief before a customer, I had just spent over 100+ on this less than 10 minute visit and I was being treated like a thief over a cheap backpack I just needed for a dumping clothes in after workouts. Needless to say wonât be coming back and would rather pay full price somewhere else if I wonât be treated like a thief and subhuman by...
Read moreAttn Store and District Management: I had the pleasure of shopping at your store this week and my experience was exceptionally fantastic! I was given top notch service by this beautiful woman whom graciously greeted me when I walked in, smiled the whole time as she assisted others and made you feel like a friend from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out! Her work/professional appearance was as if she was at fashion week or out of the movie The Devil Wears Prada- but in her case she wore Chanel! Just a beautiful human inside and out. I didn't get her name until I asked a co-worker as I walked out and they proudly gave me her name with a smile...it was Mrs.Grace! So thank you Mrs. Grace for making me feel extra special and making my shopping experience so wonderful! She should definitely be recognized bc it's rare that someone can make such a lasting impression and makes you want to return and shop more! I asked her for a pic bc I loved her hair also... See...
