Ordered shirts for my running club. Everything went fine to start. When I took the shirts home, I noticed the colors were wrong on many of them. No apology from them. They only said to return the incorrect ones, and they would re-do them at no charge to me. How kind of them to correct THEIR error at no cost to me. They didn't offer to sell me the incorrect ones at a discounted price until I asked. They offered 25% off of shirts that are of no use to anyone else. The complete level if disinterest from them is what really bothers me.

Read moreI work for an agency that has used the T-Shirt House for a couple of years now. In the beginning the service was okay. The friendliest person I ever spoke with there was a manager. Recently, I ordered shirts for family and friends of the agency - shirts that they picked out personally - and I am about to call them for a THIRD time because, once again, they didn't complete the order correctly! I am hoping that things will turn out positively and that I can come back with an updated, positive review. I was thinking about placing an order so I went in with a friend that was picking up their order. They were seriously asked if they knew the name or company that the order was for?!? Who even asks such a thing? I had emailed a few times prior, no straight answers and they finally stopped answering me.
