I had an early morning Saturday appointment which fit my busy schedule well. This was my first visit and Jess was my stylist. I was overall impressed with the shop itself. It's very clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The "wash room" was an awesome touch and was my favorite part of the appointment. My hair still smells of lavander not that icky dye smell in which it usually does after leaving the salon. Jess massaged my scalp and neck during my shampoo/condition and it felt so relaxing.. The "wash room" was warm, inviting and so relaxing. The softmusic playing in the background was also a nice soothing plus. My stylist Jess did a wonderful job. She came off as educated and knowledgeable about both cut and color and made me feel very comfortable in her hands. Jess was friendly and professional. She wasn't overly chatty or awkwardly quiet. She's so easy to get along with and very sweet. As for the finished product... I was very pleased. I walked out feeling great with a nice rich color and cute cut... exactly how I wanted to feel. Went here as a gift someone else was paying for. Wanted 2 different sets of highlights and a cut. Had to come back a 2nd time because the lady did balayage on my hair which isn't what I asked for....the lady did the same thing the 2nd time couldnt even tell what I got done to my hair..literally look liked I dyed my hair 5 months ago and it grew out. Had to get my hair done a third time by a different salon and found out my hair was cut unevenly. While at this salon I noticed the first question asked to the customer is where do you work at. I guess so they know how to treat you once they find out you're not in the upper middle class I guess what you want or how you're treated is based of that here.. both times I felt like it was rushed because the girl doing my hair over booked herself. Wouldn't recommend to any other ethnicity or class of person other then wealthy white women who can spend alot of money here if you don't have a bmw or a designer puffer jacket I suggest going...

I arrived and went unnoticed for 15 minutes. They couldn’t find who my stylist would be since they use their phones for booking. My stylist ended not being there so another washed my hair when my stylist did arrive. She has the photos of the carefree look I was looking for. Everything was to reach my earlobes. I’m totally embarrassed to be seen in public. The back of my hair is 1/4” long and she cut into my collick and there’s no way to get it to lay down. There’s a tilted straight line across the bottom of the hairline in back. The so called experience stylist said I could back if I needed it treak. Nothing left. I absolutely hate it, The stylist didn’t show me the back when she was finished and when I got home and saw it for myself. I text her and told her I was unhappy and didn’t even get I’m sorry. For now it will probably be at 6 weeks before I’ll go out in public...
