Run for your lives. I have been in business in Pelham for over 38 years and have never experienced anything this bad. I thought I had purchased a bounce house for my grandson. After finding it for almost half the price at Sam’s, I attempted to return it since they have a 30 day policy it had been less than a week I had my receipt and the box had never been opened. Once in Mike’s the manager, Olandi opened the box and informed me that the inflatable part was missing. I informed him that it had never been open and tried to show him that they had several on the shelf where the blower was separated from the inflatable house. He informed me that I should have known by the weight of the box that the inflatable was not present. Having never before lifted or measured the weight of inflatable’s. I had no idea they had left it out of the package and there was no indication on the box . He did not even want to go to the shelf to see what I was talking about, but continued to refuse, not only a refund, but to give me the missing part. A decent manager, or even a decent person would have realized the confusion and helped their customer. He did not, I was left with a half empty box and a blower with no blow up house. I later went back to talk with a different manager who was very nice and willing to give me a refund and or complete the set. She admitted they had had some confusion regarding this item . She told me she had to get approval from the owner. I don’t know if she ever spoke to him but the next thing I knew Olandi showed up to shut her down. This morning we went with my family to take a tour of this store and we found a 14'x10' backyard discovery and the price was $1,100 and we decided to buy it only that the manager told me that if I wanted to buy it I had to pay more money to him? I thought this doesn't make sense? I decided to ask the cashier and she said that the price was only $1,100, the total I paid $1,237 already with the tax and a few things that I had extra in my shopping cart, this person decided to go to my truck outside of the store already loaded the merchandise, and take it down VERY AGGRESSIVE since according to him this product was paid for, and him told me that he was going to use force with me if I not move from his way 💪 in front of my wife and son it is something very humiliating there were a lot of people around us since it is Saturday I feel like I was stealing merchandise Because of the way he acted, he finally called the police 👮‍♂️ and they very kindly said that they couldn't help me just take your money back and shopping and better and quality stores some places can treat you better. obviously take my money back, we were only humiliated by this manager because he tried to get and extra money from me by not agreeing to pay more It's typical that this happens with...

This place deserves "O"stars. Hate this place.During summer I bought some cases of Pelligrio grapefruit.Was expected it to be delicious.It was horrible! I ried to return , they refused for refund/credit.I told them they literally have sold me a product that was clearly out of date.They said they were allowed to do so?Told them I did not think Health dept would agree.A friend was over and they picked one out to drink.I did not mention anything just to get a non-tainted opinion. When they drank it , they spit it out says..this is terrible.I told them the story about it being several months, etc.There return policies are terrible..You cannot EVER get you money back on ANY item even if within return date and have your purchase receipt.Beaware of this before you buy ANYTHING..you will only get a credit.Will never go there againStaff are even horrible...
