Very disappointed. My husband ordered a bedroom suite and was told we would get it in three weeks. I called today, 4/24/2025, and was told that two nightstands and a chest of drawers were on back order, and we won't get it until the end of May. We are upset because we need a new bed and the bedroom suite was a wedding gift to ourselves, as our wedding is 5/3/2025. We canceled our honeymoon hotel stay, because we thought we were going to lay in our new bed. We should've gotten a credit or free delivery for inconvenience. We spent $3800 for this furniture and to have to wait 8 weeks is beyond ridiculous. Never buying from them again. Walter...

The saleslady was friendly, very helpful and not pushy. She facilitated a relaxed time while helping us picking out our new furniture. The store is clean, well-ordered, and not crowded. They set up a practical payment plan enabling us to pay off the furniture in less than a year at no interest. Delivery was on a rainy day. The men were very courteous, careful in narrow doorways, and cheerful .. no mud tracked in.. Assembly was fast and clean. I have recommended this store to my friends and family. Our daughter had a very successful and pleasant experience, too. Why shop elsewhere? These folks have been neighbors...

I can only speak for my experience with the Pelham store, however I'd HIGHLY recommend this store! They have good, quality furniture, that's well built and for a good, reasonable price!! Ask for Julie!! SHE'S AWESOME! She's very knowledgeable! And by no means your "typical pushy salesperson"!! She's right there when you have a question but doesn't ever try to push anything on you or pressure you into making a decision. We drove 40 minutes, went to numerous other furniture stores and found ourselves at Standard Furniture Pelham twice this month already and plan on going...
