Most frustrating experience ever has been dealing with this Service department and the dealership in general, because they just donāt care.
I bought 2025 ram 1500 and the sales staff and management were good and i was able to walk away happy⦠for 4 days, my truck gave me some simple electronics issues that rapidly vanished after a couple of hours(the truck didnāt read the car keys but after a couple of attempts it worked, radio would continuously keep switching back to Italian when i would turn off vehicle, the tire sensors were idle for about a day until they came back and lastly the infotainment system just started going on a death loop of resetting itself and not loading, which makes you lose the reverse cam, ac controls, phone chargers and all media play. I brought the vehicle back to check early morning and i was asked to drop off the vehicle and i said i couldnāt because i already had a long trip planned and they had no loaners, so they told me to bring the vehicle back on next week so they could check it out, which i did and as soon as i checked in, they asked me again to drop off the vehicle without bothering to even try to diagnose if my issue could be resolved soon, i accepted to take a loaner after being told they had none and asked to go to sales to ask them for one. Its now been 3 days i dropped the truck off and they have yet to even move my vehicle, i have an apple tag in the car so i have been monitoring the truck the whole time plus i have driven thru the lot to check if a stick i put in front of the back tire was broken, and nope, vehicle has sat there with no one even caring to check it.
I was advised by friends to keep away from all stellantis cars (RAM, JEEP, DODGE, chrysler, Alfa Romeo) for the next couple of years since they have all sorts of manufacturing issues( i can attest to this now), but i still bought in because of the great deal they had( i regret this now) and i thought the Ram with new v6 would be a good idea.
I would suggest verifying dealerships service department reviews before buying their vehicles, this one is not good at all, i have a brand new DODGE Durango loaner that has transmission knocks with just 350 miles on the dash and my truck is sitting in their lot as they do not care about my customer experience.
Stay away! Go to Ford or Chevy if you are looking for a truck, they have amazing deals as well! I wish i would have listened to friends as im sure ill spend a lot of time dealing with...

I was crazy happy about my purchase experience with this dealership. I shook hands after coming to an agreement on price with the sales person and finance manager, then sat down at the finance managers desk only for him to tell me i needed to get a warranty extension that would cost more than our agreed on price. This is not why I am here today. I am here today because of the WORST service department I have ever had to deal with. I had an electrical issue with my one year old Truck, made an appointment and brought in on 9/23. They told me it would take 3-5 days to diagnose and they have no loaners so Iām just shit out of luck with a car. It has now been 8 days (7 working days) and it took me the better part of today (about 4 hours or calling and leaving messages) before I was finally able to get my service writer on the phone. He proceeds to tell me that there isnāt even a ticket started on my car yet. So what the hell has my car been sitting there for 8 days doing?? God knows what⦠but I get a strange feeling that even when it is āfinishedā there is going to be nothing to be found.
EDIT: After having my truck for 8 full days and calling to get someone on the phone all day long, the service manager calls and says to come see him in the morning and he will get me a loaner car. I show up the next morning at 8:30am when we agreed to meet, service manager and my service writer are NOWHERE to be found. Finally after being there for 45 minutes. I have another service writer find someone for me. He ends up getting the mechanic that was assigned to the car to come talk to me. I was there until about 10am until I said I need to leave (already an hour late for work). They had a porter drive me home in my truck so didnāt even get a loaner which was the only reason I showed up to the dealership. They called me around 1pm to tell me there were going to have a porter drop a loaner off at my house, come 4:30pm STILL no loaner and they call to tell me they couldnāt find anything wrong with the truck after driving it and they had someone come drop my truck off...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs of today I have been without my 2025 Ram for 2 weeks. I began the lease on 2/8. It started having TPMS and vibration issues on 2/14. I took it in on 2/22. I have not driven it since and my car payment is now due. In the first month I only drove it 13.5 days. Dealer canāt figure out whats wrong with the truck. This is not the experience you want with a new vehicle.

Iāve been dealing with the same vibration issue in my truck since February 2022. Despite multiple visits, including to a second dealership, the problem remains unresolved. New tires were installed, which I appreciated, but repeated balancing and alignments had no effect. Even with RAM engineers involved, no real testing was done, and the response has been the same: āperforms as designed.ā
During several test drives, service managers and technicians acknowledged the issue, yet FCA/RAM case managers continued to deny it without evidence or data. The dealership insists parts canāt be replaced unless they fail, even though a defective suspension component is likely the cause. I test-drove a similar new truck, and the difference was clear.
The vehicle was out of my possession for months, and my concerns about safety and resolution were ignored. I requested calls from the GM multiple times with no response. Instead, I was pressured to change a negative survey rather than receive help.
Iāve also pursued arbitration, but despite a neutral arbitrator hearing my case, my request for a buyback was denied. FCAās representativeāwho was never involvedāagain used the blanket statement āperforms as designed,ā without evidence.
This has been the worst experience Iāve had with RAM and AN. I ask that the GM of AN Pines contact me directly. A conversation with the GM, Service Manager, and those involved is long overdue. I still hope AN will value its customers enough to...
