Beya — Local services in Pembroke Pines

I always go to this store since the one at Sawgrass closed. I have to put one star since zero is not an option. I have introduced this store to many moms at the PTA. Thusday, I took another friend to buy many items for a birthday and our girls. I even took two items for my son. As we were in the store, ELIZABETH was changing the offer flyers from 70% (over $3.00) to all items $7.00 or less. I was so embarrassed. Her customer service was awful. My friend kept looking at me, and I kept apologizing. I told her this has never been my experience in that store. ELIZABETH came to ring us up and told me "you came in when I was changing offers so I can't honor the prices. " I could not believe what I was hearing. I even told her, well can you do two transactions and she said "no, absolutely not and if you try to come back later I will recognize you and won't sell you the men's bracelets. " my friend told her that she was wrong and that she did not know the meaning of customer service. That the cost of the bracelets were going to be $7.00 anyway. It's dumb that she preferred to lose sales.

Specialy since we heard her telling the other lady in the store that sales were horrible for the past two weeks.

I am a business developer and this was just horrible.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD! The Manager in the store located at Pembroke Lakes Mall is nasty and very disrespectful. I made a purchase, I got the receipt with the amount I spent but later they charged me with a different amount. Thanks God that I had my receipt; otherwise I never get my money back. I realized about this issue when I checked my bank account the following day. When I called the store she yelled at me saying that it was the bank responsibility!!!! I decided to go to the store with the receipt and the bank statement and this lady started threatening me with the police and AGAIN yelling at me in front of other customers and employees. The store was fine and had cute things. However, the main associate behind the registrar and older women was extremely rude and made the whole experience terrible. When looking at glosses for kids near the registrar one of the glosses ends came loose just when looking at the product. She said to be careful that they take good care of the products and are careful because they are for kids. Then didn’t notice that she had glosses half open that all fell all over my hand when I touched them. I mentioned that to her for safety measures and she was so incredibly rude when confronted.
