I used to be a regular of this store for years but today was my last day shopping. Basically, be aware that not all bracelets are marked with the right price, which was confirmed by the employees claiming "they are still working on prices due to specific crystals" regardless of being the same size. I can understand that. But it is a straight up scam. I grabbed a bracelet that clearly marked X price attached to it and when I went to pay it was double that X price. I paid confidently because I do not expect the stuff clearly priced I picked to turn out a different price. By the time I noticed it was too late. To make matters worse, they have a no return policy, which you would be aware at the end of your receipt, after you paid. They offer no store credit, only exchanges. I didn't even leave the store because it all seemed off to me. I just find it really irresponsible that the price system is so sketchy and on top of that, for a "mistake" that is not the consumers fault, you cannot even get your money back. Not even in consideration of the seller's mistake. End of the story, I didn't get my money back. Only exchange for a few things because that was the only option. I feel bad because again, I have come here for years and the staff is always so knowledgeable and kind, and this is not their making, they are just staff. But it is a terrible experience for...

Used to love this place I would come all of the time. My most recent trip I was thrown off by the employees they had working. The guy that works there is great and very nice. I was buying a gift for a friend and I really wanted to take my time and browse to really see what called to me for her so I was walking around the store for a good bit and browsing like any normal customer. I guess one of the girls who was working at this time thought I was taking too long and decided to come “clean” by where I was looking, I don’t really like people in my space while I’m shopping so I decided to just quickly make a decision and pay. As I walked to the front counter the nice gentleman offered to ring me up but before he could the girl employee quickly ran from whatever she was “cleaning” and shewed him out of the way and she rung me up instead. I tried to be polite and friendly while she was checking me out and she was just very cold: People who have this sort of energy should not be employed at these kind of places I will not be returning for a while due to this interaction she was very nasty and had bad energy which sucks because the store is very nice.
