I've never posted a one star review of a restaurant in my life. I live between two Starbucks, one Cinderella and this one is the ugly step sister of the two. If you come at night and have a mobile order, expect incorrectly made drinks, forgotten food, or your food unavailable. Tonight, I sat in the drivethru waiting as they fixed every single part of my mobile order. I've never sent things back in my life but how is a Matcha lemonade a cup of ice water with a gigantic scoop of Matcha sitting at the bottom? Why is my wrap a taco shape thrown into a bag with half the ingredients fallen out? Why do you always forget half my order until I ask for it? Why is your mobile ordering system never updated so I always play a game of "so how about this? This? This? Anything with this in it?!?" With this Starbucks, if they don't have to look you in the face, they don't care about you.
Also, those with allergies beware. I use almond milk with my coffee drinks but stopped ordering them here because there is cross contamination (small but enough) that I get minor cramps from the regular milk (and I'm only have low to moderate sensitivity to it). If you have a serious allergy, let them know or avoid this Starbucks. (The one next to Yogurt land on Pines is x1000 better).

Read moreWent to grab my morning breakfast at the Drive Thru and when I got to the window I asked the lady some questions about a few gift cards I received for the holiday and getting them on the Starbucks app. Sabrina who helped me kindly explained the process of adding the funds then said “Here, I’ll put them in there for you”. Now I’ve been in the customer service field for a long time and unfortunately now a days it’s extremely rare to find due to technology and people being so absorbed about themselves but this act of kindness put the biggest smile on my face and in my heart. That’s the kind of service we need to be promoting and I could understand if they were slammed she may have not been able to have done it but they weren’t (only 1 car behind me) so she saw a window of opportunity and took it. The friend was throwing coffee beans at all the girls playing there.The employees friend was allowed to literally put his hands on the coffee beans they used to make coffee. NOT SANITARY!!!
